"My experience started with being put off till following week to get Aqua Science opinion of which well pump would work in my multi-family well system. Did my own research and called them back for their assessment of my choice. I was told it was a good choice ($5200 MSRP for $2650) and if ordered Monday, which I did, it would ship that day. Plus prices will be increasing at first of month (Wed that week) so I should act fast. Prices did not increase (still have not increased to this day over a month later). And as of that Wed, the pump still had not shipped. I had to call and light a fire under them to get it shipped. Once I received the pump, it was damaged beyond use due to inadequate shipping crate from Aqua Science. They sent another pump after waiting another week and it came damaged too but it was usable. I requested a replacement for the damaged component. Sale person said they would overnight one on the following workday. Three works days lasted I called to ask for status. Replacement part still not shipped "due to making sure I received a new component". I had to light another fire to get it shipped. When finally received, it was obvious it had been previously installed on a pump and removed with a pair of pliers based on damage found on the wrenching hex surface. I requested via email to hear from the owners. Sales person responded request would be given to the manager and they would call be back. Over a week now and no return call. Thus my poor experience being posted on this site based on their request for a review."

"WM-6 fiberglass WellMate initial hook-up (Quick Connect) would not seat properly. Jim helped me troubleshoot and sent a replacement Quick Connect fitting. “Dear Frank,
Your order was placed on August 30th at 3:43pm , it left our facility on September 1st. Orders placed in the late afternoon are usually shipped the following day unless they are small items. Your order was all packaged to be picked up on August 31th, unfortunately the FedEx truck was full. We were told by FedEx that they would return for an additional pick up, unfortunately, they never did. As a result your package got shipped the following day September 1st.
As you mentioned, FedEx did damage the pump as they literally dropped it on its head. We have shipped thousands of pumps in this manner, and unfortunately one or two get damaged from mishandling. All of our packages are FedEx approved for shipping.
On September 7th, you emailed us stating that the pump was damaged in shipment. We promptly packed up a replacement pump. Once again, FedEx could not fit it on their truck and said they would come back later for pick, again they never did. Your package was shipped out the following day, September 8th, unfortunately it too was damaged in shipment.
Thankfully the damage was not severe , we had our sales and tech team inspect the photos of the damage, hence the suggestion of wrapping it up in electrical tape.
Out of courtesy to you, and upon your request, we shipped out a replacement part brand new and never used for the minor damage. We reviewed our recordings and did not hear any mention of overnight shipping of the replacement part, as the pump was fully functional as is.
I do hope this helps to explain what transpired, we did everything we could to make sure the order went out in a timely manner as well as the replacement parts to you. We are a small family owned company that ships nationwide and prioritizes customers that do not have water. That being said, we try to service all calls and email requests as quickly as possible.
