“We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will forgive us. We have hired new people to help assist us in our busy months and they are still learning our SKU system. Had they seen that there was an Upper Basket with the order, we would have placed it in a box with packing material. The In/Out Utility Head is sturdy enough to withstand being shipped in a padded envelope. As soon as you informed us of the mix up, we shipped out the Upper Basket .
