"Immediately cancelled order after ordering on Amazon, seller didn't respond for two days and then said it was too late. I refused the order from FedEx and seller was notified, seller still refused refund even though I never touched the order. The order was returned to seller who still didn't issue a refund. Filed a claim with Amazon and seller immediately replied that they would issue a refund that day, they never did. Now have to take it to small claims. Very bad retailer. "

"I purchased a $2000+ computer. They sent it unusable. It didn't work. They made me pay over 200€ to send it for repair even though it was their fault because it was a factory defect. They repaired it, sent it back. FedEx contacted them asking for my personal data to contact me. They refused to do so and instead told FedEx to return it to the US. Now they want me to pay again $150 for the second delivery they **** up. I bought the PC ONE YEAR AGO and I still don't have it. I won't pay. My lawyer is already helping me with this and he knows how to wreck these ****. Just don't buy anything to them. "
"I just made a purchase from Arsenal PC and expected the standard FedEx Ground delivery time of approximately a week. After I made the purchase I received an email from Arsenal PC that the item I ordered was a "Special Order Item" and would take up to 3 weeks for delivery. This should have been mentioned during the order process and NOT sent as an email after purchase. I have requested that Arsenal PC cancel my order since I can NOT wait 3 weeks for delivery."
"Received items as ordered. Had to return as it wasn't what we needed. No fault of Arsenal. Called and got instructions for return at my expense. Tracking showed received. I could not reach anyone from customer service. I was told I had to email. I emailed. No response after several emails for almost 3 weeks. After initiating a PayPal dispute. I was refunded 418 dollars of a 568 dollar purchase. 44 was originally shipping. No indication of restock fee. Lost 150 plus 35 to ship back. Can't speak to a real person and no answer to emails. Pay a few extra bucks and get your stuff elsewhere. "
"So these guys cancelled my order after I waited a few weeks. Saying that the item is no longer available. That is a load of trash. It doesnt take weeks for them to be informed that. What most likely happened is they realized their profit was not going to be enough so they cancelled it.

"I have purchased Samsung S20B300 screen from Arsenal PC through Amazon. I was told that I have to reinstall drivers and do re-connection but nothing works, It's impossible to adjust it, it's too bright and is difficult to read a text. I have one more same model so I have what to compare with. I contacted Arsenal PC in two months but they closed the return request due to the expiration of returns period, Buyer beware!!!"
"I ordered refurbished pc. As info on their website stated it was in stock. As soon as I placed order item become "out-of-stock" and status of my order become "item is not available" and my credit card was charged. I sent message "cancel the order", but no answer or actions been made to my order. I called customer service and a guy confirmed that fortunately they have last one in stock and it is going to be shipped soon.
When I received pc the box was slightly damaged and pc was so much damaged that it was impossible to use. I immediately took pictures and sent them to ArsenalPC.com and had been confirmed that the money will be refunded as soon as one day after they receive damaged item back.
After they received their item back they stopped responding to my messages. It is going to be 2 weeks after they received their pc back and still no signs of refund.
Finally, I've got call from ArsenalPC with apologies for delayed refund and I got my money back.

"This company has pulled a bait and switch! I ordered 6 computers from them, my credit card was charged, I received order confirmation and "please leave us feedback" emails from them. The following day "Mike" at extension 224 (refused to give last name) called me to say that they never had the items in stock but that the same item is in stock and costs TEN TIMES what I paid for them! He called at 4:53pm Sept 20 from ***-***-**** - "Target PC" is the Caller ID information. He also said he was canceling my order and refused to fill the order at the advertised price - the price at which I ordered. This Mike also said that my credit card was denied (I am getting proof from my card company - the funds were debited from my account and being held until shipment at the time of Mike's call) - what a liar! I will be glad to share the order and feedback emails with anyone who wants to see false advertising and bait-and-switch in action. The funds were returned to my credit card. Bait and Switch is an ILLEGAL sales tactic! I am making complaints to the Ohio and Indiana Attorney General's offices, the BBB, Reseller Ratings, and other Internet scam/Consumer Protection agencies. Beware! Beware! Beware!
PS: I have sent all information (credit card statement, printouts of the website before and AFTER I placed my order, my order confirmation, emails to and from the company) to the Ohio and Indiana Attorney General's offices. I encourage others shafted by this corrupt company to do the same!
UPDATE: 10/1/05 This company still has my funds (nearly $500) held on my credit card so I don't have access to my money AND they refuse to ship my items. They canceled my order, they are holding my money, and I have nothing. They have not responded to my emails or requests, but they did take the product I ordered off their site. It's been 12 days so I am filing formal charges this coming Tuesday."
"The website worked fine. Everything seems normal. I am a bit concerned that other products I ordered from different vendors on the same day have shipped, but my motherboard from Arsenal seems to have not yet been shipped. However, I'll give them a couple more days before I really become concerned."
"I purchased a CPU cooler from these people on a Friday and they billed my credit card that day. I never heard from them again until I decided to call and ask what the order status was on the following Thursday (almost a full week). It turns out that even though the site said it was in stock it wasn't and they never got around to telling me that they couldn't fulfill my order. I wonder how long they would have kept my money (and me in the dark) if I hadn't called."
"Order Process was as easy as any. I received the order confirmation immediately. The order was processed and shipped within 3 days, and received 2 days later. I was expecting the board to be boxed, but, it was bubble wrapped and shipped in a FedEx box. The cables and disk were there, but only 3 photo copied pages of the manual. I can only assume that the board was a new bulk packed board, and not a refurb. I'm pretty happy with it so far because everything is working (except SATA problem where a full manual would have been helpful)"
