"The art was shipped completely unprotected, so it arrived creased and damaged. All my prints were rolled up but not even secured, so they unrolled to fit the creases of the box. And they got all banged up as they were simply loose in a soft cardboard box. The prints can't be Displayed with how much damage they sustained. I emailed support 1 week ago and no response. I definitely don't recommend buying from here."
"Placed an order on August 21st to be delivered on August 28th. On August 27th I received an email indicating that the order was flagged for fraud and the order cancelled. I called and spoke to someone who did not care. This was an order for less than $300! Incredibly frustrating and infuriating as I was on a timeline. They then had the nerve to tell me that it had to go through the process again and I may receive it Sept.4. I will never order from them. First and last time. I did not re order. "
"I have ordered about a dozen very large canvas prints from this company over the last several years and have not had any problems. I ordered another 3 very large canvas prints on Black Friday this year and they were shipped within couple of days and arrived within a week of my order. They looked great. I have ordered prints from photos as well as paintings and historic maps and the quality has been fine for all. I find their normal prices better than their competitors and they are even better on their once a year Black Friday sale. As a comparison, I ordered a similar print from Greatbigcanvas. I paid more for the same size, but the quality was comparable."
"Colors are so off that it is hard to look at. There is nothing they can do about it. They should not sell it then."
"Twice they shipped to somewhere else other than me. Never ended up getting my order and now cannot get hold of them for a refund. Having to dispute charges with my credit card company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY"
"I've ordered a couple things from Art.com and had mixed outcomes. The majority of the items were wonderful (bright, beautiful colors printed on thick, high-quality paper), but a few were startlingly unprofessional (blurry and faded colors on cheap, thin, and frustratingly warped paper). It's interesting how many customer service complaints I read in the reviews. I was treated with professionalism, decency, and respect when I wanted to return products. In fact, they stated that I would not be required to return the goods and that I would receive a complete refund. This is why I keep returning; this level of Rockstar customer service gives me a lot more confidence in acquiring photographs I like. ""
"I love this company! I've ordered artwork from them before and have always been pleased with their workmanship, service, delivery, and quick response to questions or concerns! They are far superior to other companies I've used and I recommend them highly. I don't even consider any other site! "
"We shopped a print on canvas as a gift for our mother. Several sites had the one we wanted for less money but none would deliver in time for Mother's day. Art.com was a few bucks more but had free shipping and promised delivery 3 days before Mother's day. They lied. After confirming the order and estimating delivery by May 6 (same as their listing) we began tracking the order. It didn't ship so I contacted Customer Service and explained my need for delivery before May 9th. Within a few hours I received an email saying that it shipped but wouldn't be there until the 8th. I continued to track it and the date slipped to the 9th. Today it says the 10th. I don't know when it will arrive but whenever it does, it will be too late. They promise delivery to get the order and then they don't care anymore."
"I have ordered quite a few items from Art.com with mixed results. Most of the items were fantastic (very vivid lush colors printed on thick quality paper), but some were shockingly amateurish (blurry and faded colors on cheap, thin and frustratingly warped paper.
It's interesting how many reviews I read that complained about the customer service. When I needed to return items, I was treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect. In fact, they said I wouldn't need to return the item at all while providing a full refund. This is why I keep going back; this type of Rockstar customer service makes me feel much more confident about ordering images I love."
"I ordered three prints and two of them were shipped late. The first was a Christmas present that arrived after Christmas. I was informed that this happens rarely and would never happen again. However, the very next order was exactly the same way. After waiting nearly two weeks for it to be shipped, I received an email saying it was going to be late. Art.com’s customer service is terrible. "
"Ordered an expensive print July 2, 2020. Returned due to shoddy sealing on back and the print lacked the certificate of authenticity Art.com website showed is included. Had so much trouble with this order that Art.com manager issued me a 50% discount or a refund. I accepted 50% discount but told him I still want print. I was then told that my order would ship overnight on September 29, 2020. NO. I called back and was told it was there and in process and would be shipped this week of Oct. 5. On Oct. 5 I received an email from Art.com telling me that the print had sold out! I called and was told they don't understand why someone had cancelled and that he didn't see that order was not available any longer. This manager even told me that he assumed I already had my order. HE DROPPED THE BALL BADLY! I AM NO LONGER A SUCKER FOR ART.COM. I had even ordered another print in the interim and received quickly. I JUST DON'T GET IT. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD."
"Unbelievably slow delivery. Took almost one month to receive a simple order. Very confusing tracking system. "
"Made a purchase on art.com on 06/25/2020. The advertisement says that it will ship in 3-5 business days. On 07/05, no shipping. Contacted "Eric" on their website, Eric told me that it would ship on 07/07. On 07/07, still no shipping. Contacted "Debbie" on their website, Debbie told me that they were undergoing a system upgrade and could not look into my order and asked me to get back on 07/08 after 10:00 am EST. Contacted "Ryan" on 07/08 at 11:50 am EST. Ryan told me that they had issues with printing equipment so the order was delayed. "It would be another delay of 10-15 days." Asked Ryan to cancel my order. He said it was cancelled. Asked Ryan to send me a cancellation confirmation email, never received it. I bet this is just some 35-year-old jobless loser guy wearing a SailorMoon tshirt eating mac and cheese running a scam website trying his luck of grabbing other people's money. He plays multiple roles of "Eric", "Debbie", and "Ryan" on different days, just like on Monday, SailorMoon is his virtual wife. On Tuesday, SailorMars is, and on Wednesday SailorVenus is."
"Ordered a photo of a Boeing 777 cockpit. When it arrived on a Sat. I could not open the box that day, so Sunday a.m. opened the box only to find the wires on the back were not set up correctly to hang properly. I contacted Scott on the live chat on Sunday morning. By providing him with some photos I was able to show him my dilemma in putting it on the wall.
Without hesitation he said he would replace it with a new one. A little over two weeks later a new one arrived.
So many online companies are not responsive once the sale is made. If there's a problem, oh well, too late.
He not only responded to my Sunday a.m. chat, but the quick follow thru on the promise to replace was a pleasant surprise with an online company.

"Horrible Customer Service. Literally since the first day of me (and my husband ) attempting to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of Art I was met with rudeness. Their chat people are so indifferent. I was asking an important question about my purchase and they would not give me a straight answer and then just made one up. Sizing is kiiiiiind of important. So when it arrived it was not as they said. My husband placed and order and only one piece arrived prior to our move date and we ordered a month in advance. Every chat, every call was met with incompetence. We called to change the address since they did not ship out my husbands art yet. They said they would "try." I am not sure what that is about. They didn't. I get into a chat with Barry who gives zero F*%ks. I wouldn't be surprised if he was rolling his eyes at every person he was chatting with. He seemed annoyed. I'm just trying to get things figured out. I work for a business where people depend on us. I cannot imagine treating people this way. Finally - I get someone who will help. She cannot process my new shipment but will add me to her docket for that Friday. She even sends an email so we can touch base. She was the only nice person but faded away and never spoke to us again or responded. FINALLY, I get in my last chat. I've given up. Game over. Throwing in the towel. Just give me the money back for the art we have spent HOURS researching and planning for our home. It's JUNE PEOPLE. It should not be TWO MONTHS to receive an order. Not only this but the HORRIBLE service. I would never ever ever recommend this company. I cannot believe I am writing this because I give everyone a second chance. The the IDGAF vibes are seriously ridiculous. They have beautiful art but I would rather go somewhere else and spend even more money for better service. You are the face of the company. Get it together. I will post this on every platform. This is not okay to treat people this way.
They were going to keep my money. I had to keep on them about our stuff. To no avail. They finally gave us a refund for what we didn't receive but it was a lot of effort.
Run!"
