"I ordered a print on the 14th. They charged my card. Ok. Fair enough.
Two weeks later, I get charged the same amount. I call to speak with a rep and get nothing but a run around. I ask to speak with the manager, she wasnt any help as to explain the policy and procedures when it comes to returns. I try to get more clarity as to why I was charged twice. She hung up on me without clarifying their policy.
I will not do business with this company again."
"Ordered 10 days out for a hard deadline for a gift. Spoke to customer service twice and was assured it would be on time. Get my tracking and it’ll be nowhere near on time. Customer service said oops we didn’t ship it on time and oops can’t fix it and hung up on me. Letting the BBB take it from here. "
"On the website and packing list the picture of item I ordered was a head shot. It was to complete a series of head shots from the artist. Shipping took much longer than quoted. What I received today was a full body shot and, although the print was the correct size, the body shot was small and did not even fill the size of the paper. The item is still shown as a head shot on their website. I won't spend good money after bad to return it. Buyer beware. They already lost a class action suit for false advertising. Guess they did not learn and what a fool I am for thinking they had. Will never do business with them again."
"One person tells you one thing and another person tells you another thing. They advertise 50% off but they have to do that "manually" and want you to pay full price upfront before they supposedly go ahead and take the discount off for you. Their reviews are terrible and now I know why! Do not do business with these people they are not legitimate and have no integrity. Shameful business tactics."
"I ordered a piece of art on April 17 and paid the shipping to get it to me in a week as I was moving out of state. I did not receive any notification that the piece broke and would need to be reshipped delaying when I would receive it. When I called, they said it would ship immediately and still make my deadline...it didn't. I then moved and called again and the customer service rep's only solution was to cancel my order and re-order it at full cost (I had previously used a coupon). After 5-6 weeks and nearly 10 attempts at trying to resolve the issue with the same answer being, "it will ship in 24 hours", it never shipped. When asked for a full refund on June 1, another customer service rep said that was not possible...I asked to speak to a supervisor and finally got a brief email stating they would refund me in 5-7 business days on June 3...no apology, nothing! The customer service on each attempt of me reaching out was extremely poor.
I would suggest other companies such as minted, desenio, etc before ordering from this so-called business. This was the worst experience I've encountered with any company, especially online. "
"Customer support flat out lied to me, (saying I could have a "one time" return free shipping), which was in WRITING via chat. Company would not support that. Returned a print as it was fuzzy, not crisp. Originally spent over $200. I ordered a replacement print, and they only honored a credit of $95, and charged me an additional $79 for the replacement. I received FOUR broken shipments from the company. All they will ***CREDIT*** NOT REFUND me is $79. So, I lose out on my original $50 gift certificate, and essentially I will never use the credit because the company ****."
"I paid about $140 for a framed photograph. I paid upfront for the piece and it took about a month to arrive to my house. Once it arrived and I hung it on my wall I noticed that the piece did not look right. I could see waves (for lack of a better term) when I looked at the piece, I realized that they used Plexiglas in the frame instead of actual glass. Using plastic in the frame completely distorts the piece. They should be using non-glare glass. They should also be VERY transparent in the description b4 you purchase the piece that they are not using actual glass in the frame......very cheap. When I went to return the piece, it costs be close to $45 to ship the piece back (w/in 30 days of course) they did not refund my $. Called their support line to complain about the shipping costs, they told me essentially to bad, that's on you!!
It ended up costing me money to buy this cheap piece of art...Never again will I use art.com"

After a 5 weeks, I sent an inquiry regarding the status and told that they were undergoing a transition and were unable to process my order or issue a refund. If I could give negative stars I would. "I ordered nine prints on 12/15/2018. The order shipped within a few days but mysteriously did not arrive. Two weeks after shipment, the shipping tracker showed that the order had been sent to a pickup location a town over instead of my apartment, and I had not been informed.
I emailed customer service to ask for a refund on the shipping I had paid, which was processed quickly, but I had still not received the order. The next day a different customer service rep emailed me to say that the pickup location didn't have the order, as it had been returned to art.com's warehouse a week earlier - again without anyone telling me. They reshipped it to my apartment and it was supposedly delivered on 1/9/2019, but as of this writing (1/14/19) it has not arrived and I have asked for a full refund.
Essentially I paid for shipping to my apartment; the order was sent to a different location without me being informed; then I was told I could pick it up there, even though it wasn't there; and the re-shipment never arrived."
"On 12/12/18 I placed an order with Art.com and was told it would be delivered on 12/21/18. On 12/21/18 I called to track the delivery time of my order and was told it had not shipped because they did not have some of the components to complete my order. I wasn't notified of this and this was a gift for Christmas. I asked when it would be delivered and they could not tell me a date for delivery. I cancelled my order. This was my first and last order with Art.com."

"It's huge - 48 x 36" and looks fabulous over my sofa. It arrived very quickly and was packed well and delivered in perfect shape. (Purchased 10/19, received 10/24) I had looked at literally THOUSANDS of pictures on line when a friend suggested Art.Com. It was the very first landscape picture I saw, and fell in love with it immediately. I kept looking, but kept coming back to this one by Childe Hassam."
