Uneven dimensions

"We bought a series of 4 prints on canvas to hang in a square on our walls. When we hung them up, we realized the prints were not the same size, even though we'd ordered them that way. When I contacted customer service, they said they were within the industry margin of error. They would refund them or I could attempt to order them again, but no guarantee they'd be the right size. Very disappointed."

"I've ordered from Art.com on several times, for personal use and home staging. Items have always arrived quickly and well-packaged. The quality of their products is exceptional and the packing is very professional. I have never had an item arrive with any damage. The biggest challenge is practicing self-control so I don't blow the budget."
