"We had shopped around the usual big box retailers' showrooms looking for something special and were very unimpressed with both design and build on offer. An online search brought up Article which right off the bat was different in a good way, great design and affordable prices. After researching reviews we liked what we saw and so ordered a bedroom set sight unseen and with a little faith I must admit, but we could not be more pleased with the result. Right after placing our order we needed to change something and the online Service was accommodating, swift and efficient. Leading up to delivery we were kept periodically informed via email and the delivery itself was absolutely fantastic, on time, smooth and quick, the guys arrived and were gone in fifteen minutes. The furniture was very well packaged and protected in a cocoon of carboard and polystyrene foam, and assembly was a cinch, easier and better even than Ikea as the tolerances were so good everything fit together like clock-work. Again, we could not be more pleased with the Company and the build quality of the furniture and look forward to enjoying our new pieces for many years to come. I can confidently and positively endorse Article and would have no reservations ordering again. One piece of advice is to give yourself a bit of runway in terms of shipping time so plan ahead as the items are made on-order so you may have to wait but well worth it!"
