Compared to other sites I found their photos to be very accurate in color and shopping info was easily accessible. "We ordered an entire living room from Article - 2 leather couches, 2 swivel chairs and tables. After waiting 2 months for delivery, the couch arrived slashed underneath, the box looked like it was opened and repackaged as it was in terrible shape. I contacted customer service, who assured me they never re-sell used items. They offered a $200 discount (laughable). So, I opted for the replacement couch. When it arrived (only had to wait a miraculous week this time) - the box was in poor shape, the hardware for the legs had obviously been used previously, and there was a large amount of white pet hair, lint, and crumb debris on the underside of the cushions. When contacting customer service, I was again assured that used or returned furniture is not re-shipped to customers, which I find VERY hard to believe after seeing the pet hair on this couch. I was told that it likely happened during manufacturing. Awaiting a resolution - it seems pointless to keep getting replacements if they are going to continue to arrive damaged. It's a waste of time, material, and money. "
"Made a large order last night. Bought and paid for. 24 hours later I log into my Article account to check on the estimated shipping date only to find that my order has been canceled. Contact Article to see why my order was cancelled. Turns out they made a mistake on the price of one of the 3 items I had ordered (obviously too cheap in their minds, because I'm sure they would not have cancelled the order if the price was mistakenly high). No offer of any store credit or discount to use, just a sorry and that they have now corrected the price and I may purchase now at the changed price."

They have a Black Friday sale on and items I recently purchase are on sale and they will do nothing about giving me the sale price. I give them a zero in customer service and theses days loyalty to a company does not matter. Very sad days we live in. "My daughter-in-law who serves in the Navy was stationed in Japan while serving her country. She had just purchased a brand new house in FL too. While stationed, she made a bedroom purchase with the company Article. They delivered her items to her house in FL. The packages were stolen from her porch. The items purchase was about $1500 in total. From Japan, she contacted this company for resolution. To see if out of consideration / compassion they could assist her in this matter. They didn't offer any assistance to her at all and clearly stated there was no help they could give her. Finally, she came back the states and advised us of what happened. We made SEVERAL ATTEMPTS / many phone calls to agents, leads and apparently the director. We asked if they would please just show some compassion regarding this unfortunate situation, while she was in Japan, serving her country...... and really had no control over the delivery situation. We were not stating that Article was in any way at fault for the theft..... but were simply asking for some compassion being that she wasn't at fault for this either, was in Japan with the Navy, a new home buyer and doesn't have much money. They clearly stated NO for a delivery of the items that were stolen. HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE - AND NO COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE. This little lady is now out the money of this purchase and no furniture to show for it. BUT - Article has their money, you can bank on that. Aamir B. - you as the owner of this Canadian company should be ashamed of the way your staff handled this matter. You can be assured we will share our experience with everyone!!!!!!!!!!!! "

The customer is also sent a reminder about the upcoming delivery. If the customer is not available during this time, we do provide the option to reschedule to a later date that works best for them.
