"Can you give a 0 star review? Their customer service is terrible and their photo reproductions are beyond bad. I ordered a personalized photo blanket. Some of the photos came out orange. The base colour was supposed to be dark purple. The colour I got was light blue. When I complained they said I could return it at my cost for a refund. I was not going to send it back to China to get a refund of what I paid when it would cost me a fair bit to return it and end up with nothing. They claimed the photo colours were my fault and that the base colour was 'close enough'. Its not worth the money or aggravation to use this company. I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know not to ever use them. SCAM."

USPS quoted me at $86 for several prints rolled up into a sleeve. They are aware of this so they **WON"T LET YOU** "Refuse Package/Return to Sender" via post office!!! The whole purpose USPS/fedex/UPS has "Refuse/Return to Sender" is for buyer protection in case item is known to be wrong/unwanted before opening it. In my case, I ordered some canvas prints but could tell by packaging that it was wrong size. They would not refund me if I "refuse" package (which would keep the same tracking number active). After battling with them for receiving the wrong size product, they finally agreed to refund only if I would pay the return shipping and NOT if I "Refuse" item. Now item is returned to them and they won't refund me. Wow."
"ArtsCow custom shower curtains are amazing!!!!! If you are on the fence, definitely order it you will not regret it. I ordered two 36” x 72” (Stall) custom shower curtains. Size was described as “Size: One Size Fits Most” and “Material Color: White” on both orders. The size was true to the description (what I assume the one size fits most means-that it will be the perfect size as described. I was worried that with the pixel warning the images would not look good on the curtain, but both curtains turned out great, the image not pixelated at all, and evening without a liner behind the curtain the curtain is not see-through! My warning was DPI=17 (Not Good for Printing) and DPI=46 (Not Good for Printing) and the designs still turned out wonderfully as shown below for each curtain. Guaranteed, the finite details and precision of the original images is slightly blurred, but not to the extent that it takes away from the overall vibe of the curtain. Do make sure to fill the curtain template (even outside of the red “safe area”) because this will make sure the whole curtain is printed with your image. These curtains are extremely good quality and water resistant. Curtain hooks did come with each curtain in the correct number to fit the curtain holes (metal hook holes for nice strength).
In terms of shipping time, yes they are not rapid fast, but most DEFINITELY worth the wait. After placing my order, it took a week to process and ship, and after it was shipped it took 11 days to arrive. Around ~18 days in between order placement and package arrival, but like I said, definitely worth the wait. I am using one curtain on my shower stall and the other to cover up some exposed shelves. Definitely consider using these outstanding custom curtains for uses other than a shower curtain because they are fun and versatile for many applications. This is also a fun way to get the exact curtain you would like if you cannot find one online (like for a specific image/pattern/etc.). With all the discounts of ArtsCow the pricing is also extremely reasonable and great compared to other curtain options. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend these custom curtains!

"This is great! I ordered a iPad 2 case for my school, and it was great quality! I was thinking it would be a cheap product, considering it was only around 30$. But, it was amazing! The picture was clear as day, and wasn't even expensive! I didn't have any problems. I ordered it 07/22/2015 and arrived 08/20/2015 so that's about 2 weeks for my case, but it was totally worth it! The case inside to hold the iPad 2, isn't even cheap! It holds my iPad better than the straps on others do. I looked on another website, and they had hard cases. They looked fine, but were around 50$! I will definitely order from again if needed!"
"I would advise you not to utilize Artscow.com's services. We recently had a very negative experience with them. We placed a large order. It arrived well over a month after it was placed. It was the wrong order. We received a different person's order. We contacted the company and got a huge run around with them. They didn't believe us and kept asking proof that we had the wrong order. We then contacted Paypal to dispute charge. Artscow then contacted us stating that would only remedy the issue IF we closed our claim with Paypal. We did so and wrote to them stating that we did. We then get an email from Artscow stating that now they will only remedy the issue IF we promise never to open a claim against them ever again. They stated that if we did, it would be a sign of mistrust and they would bar us from future orders. How is this company able to do business like this--blackmailing customers not to do what we have every right to do with our money! Please AVOID!!"
"I have been an ArtsCow customer for years, as their promotions are great and the ability to customize is wonderful. However, this last order, I ordered two cosmetic bags, each one personalized different. They were to be given to sisters at the same time. The packing slip showed I ordered correctly, but two of the same name showed up (two different and correct designs but name on back was not correct for one bag). I requested they redo the wrong one, or refund both bags, as I cannot give to one girl without the other. They insisted that I first destroy the merchandise, then they would refund ONE bag. I said that would not work for me; I wanted the refund first, then would be glad to destroy it. They denied refund. I went to PayPal who voted in my favor but then asked me to return the bags to Hong Kong with tracking. I told them thanks but no thanks, that would cost too much. I asked instead if photos of the destroyed merchandise AFTER the refund would suffice, or shipment of the actual correct item could be expedited - I still want what I ordered! PayPal generously is going to refund the items with no penalty to ArtsCow, which bothers me. ArtsCow did the order wrong and aren't penalized?!?! I will never order from them again. Additionally I will find every opportunity to post a negative review. They could have just sent what I ordered, or refunded. Instead they requested I continue to pay for their mistake. Horrible Customer Service."
"Their ornaments are good quality but not so for IPAD case. I ordered a custom case and the photos are printed off alignment. Their customer service told me it's 'close enough' and to keep it. When ask for replacement, they treated me like a thief trying to wiggle a second free case from them. The alignment is off by almost an inch with borders around the photos. The back photo is wrap to the side of the case. It look sloppy and 'close enough' doesn't cut it. I wrote a negative review on product website and the artscow didn't approve my review"
"I have been an Artscow customer for years. I like to order their prints since they are the cheapest I can find. I have compared the same print from different places, and it is a little lower quality, but it was not a huge deal to me. I have also ordered a variety of other things - many photo books (again, a much lower quality than other places, but if you get their deals they are much cheaper), ornaments, bags, a blanket, electronics, etc. my husband has previously worked as a professional photographer, and he has a professional camera and lenses.
So all that to say, I have enough experience to know their quality, other places quality, and I have very good professional photos to print.
The bottom line is, like others have said, they have HORRIBLE customer service. I have had 3 complaints with them in the past, and they would not resolve any. The final was the biggest, and it was definitely their fault. After multiple complaint emails where they denied any issue was even there, they offered to have me return the items at my expense so they could look at them, but still refused to refund or replace them.
So order at your own risk, but don't pay more money than you are willing to lose. You may do ok for some items, but you will eventually get burned."
"I purchased logo'd mousepads from ArtsCow and was very pleased - good quality and great price. When it came time to buy logo'd coasters, I went back to ArtsCow. What a disappointing difference! The print job was blurry and had extra lines in it. The coasters looked horrible. When I asked for a reprint or refund ArtsCow flat-out refused. $50 wasted. I will not use them again."
" I ordered products and only half of them were posted. Whoever posted them at the time would have been aware the order was incomplete, but I did not receive any notification of this matter AT ALL. I had to email myself after I received the order which was weeks after it was posted. I should not have to send an email about an incomplete order someone should have emailed me. I am then told that products were defective, again, if this happens THEY should notify customers. After this I ask for a refund for the missing products. Then, after saying I would receive a refund they tell me they have shipped some and offer me a smaller refund. I already told them the products are now useless to me as they will not arrive in time. They do not respond. Due to this, and how long ago I made the order, I opened a paypal dispute in fear of losing my money as things were looking very dodgy at this point. I received the refund. Several days later I get an email saying they will now only communicate with me via paypal. At this point it is getting ridiculous, how do they not know I already got my refund? Then they tell me this is my fault.
I was not contacted at all about my incomplete order, I needed these items and had to order them elsewhere at a higher cost, I had no response from the company until I opened a dispute and then they continue emailing me after. And then I have them being rude to me instead of apologising on behalf of the company considering how much inconvenience and stress I have been caused over this. I have worked in customer service for years and staff I train on the first day are more professional than they are."

My first interaction with them was on a quote for a bulk order. They would not honor quote & tried to up price by 25% saying the quote expired and the new bulk price was set. Our organization walked away.
My latest has been over an order cancellation -- they charged my credit card when I placed the order and then I cancelled it (I ordered wrong size, totally my fault). But they want a cancellation fee -- still no problem because order mistake was my fault. But they wont' refund my credit card (even the amount less the c. fee) another rep cash-credited my account for a next purchase -- Yeah - great resolution. But a 2nd rep removed it when I asked how to apply it to a further purchase. They won't call me. If I can get my money back either way I am leaving --

"I ordered a custom-design shower curtain for my bathroom; the platform from which it was uploaded was a fast and secure method of adding my own file. It automatically centred the item and was clear as to what size file would work best when printed. This platform also makes it possible to reposition the item with ease, and accuracy. The curtain turned out absolutely flawless, fabulous AND functional.
In addition to this, I purchased a shirt with a custom print on the front. I had tor resize the item to make it fit (they have a minimum of 1500x1500 pixels) although this seemed a little grainy on MS Paint, it printed flawlessly, with great colour and quality. The shirt itself was a perfect medium size, rich black colour and beautifully soft and comfortable to wear (and even still after a wash&tumble dry) It was a gift, and came greatly appreciated.
The shipping and handling was also fantastic, each item wrapped individually in plastic, I chose the basic postage and the items arrived in roughly 12 working days - as advertised. I live in a major city (Brisbane, Australia), and would suspect people outside of major metropolitan areas may not afford this luxury of fast postage - this is not something that is to be faulted by the company.
I have already placed another order; which I had some confusion over the application of discounts, however the lovely lady on the Live Chat function was able to clear it up right away.
