"Their customer service is terrible. I ordered a motherboard which was "in stock" on the 23rd. By December 1 I had no notification from them about the status so I called. The woman was polite, but told me they were out of stock, but my board "might be in a shipment we received today." And that if it is then they might be able to ship to me in 3 more days. I would have expected an apology and offer to send overnight at no charge. Instead they offered to cancel my order and refund.
The next day the refund had not processed and they called me to let me know the motherboard was in stock and they could ship out in a couple days. I indicated I purchased from another vendor and still had not received my refund. They stated they would "sent my refund when they get around to it."

I'll not be doing business with them again.
