"I ordered a replacement new old stock motherboard for a HP Dv9000 computer from this seller and it arrived very promptly and well packaged.

It was as advertised New Old Stock and in excellent condition other than it's sealed envelope showing a little shop worn condition. Since the part is obviously not currently manufactured (the computer line and it's repair was discontinued over two years ago ) this is to be expected condition and quite acceptable. The part itself was in pristine condition.

A pleasant purchase from Asendtek and one I would make again.

"Buyer Beware… I have never had a company call me a lyre before now. I purchased a computer on Sept. 26th It took 3+ weeks for us to receive it. Hooked it all up and it worked about 1 hr and crashed. Over and over and over. (I'm not a computer tec-eey person) all the code would say is the operating system was not installed correctly and to re-install we fought with this for the weekend trying to get it to work we even took it to a different internet server and it did the same thing. We’re done all I wanted was to return it and get my money back. I was still with in my 30 days. So I started the e-mails with the very insensitive customer service. They just blamed the problem in Gateway. I spent an other $65.00 to send it back for return. Now they are saying that there is nothing wrong with the computer it way the operator. I have told them over and over that I have 4 lap tops at home and they all work great. And I have never had any problems. Now they want to charge me 20% restocking fee. This has been the worst customers service I have ever been though. I have how been on hold for 30 min. waiting for someone to answer the phone. I give up. To anyone looking to buy… Buy somewhere else!!!"
