Arrived on time!

"Aside from they have a great products, Ashley Bridget shipping they orders on time. My daughter loves the gift I bought for her. I was looking for an online store where I could fine a gift for her and luckily I found Ashley Bridget. I got a great gift for my daughter. This company should be recommended. I ordered my item on September 30th and received on October 6th. I asked one of the representative and told me that my order would just take 3-5 business days to ship and it's actually earlier that what he said. That's the best business practices that every companies should do. "

"I don't think Ashley Bridget is a SCAM. They did ship my order on time. I am so confident to defend them that they are not a scam. They have also a good quality products. I love every pieces they made. I ordered mine on October 1st and delivered on October 5th. I will still continue ordering with this company."

I love what I ordered!

"I have been with Ashley Bridget for years now and they never fails to do great things! All of my products from the are so beautiful and the quality is great! One time I received a defective one and spoke to one of the representative and solved my concern in just snap! Less hassle. And my replacement product has a perfect quality. I believe I just got the defective one and that's a mixed up sending a product. This company should be recommended!"

Good quality and beautiful bracelet

"I have been waiting for my bracelets to arrive. When it came, makes me forget about the inconvenience caused by the delay. It really took a while but it is well worth waiting for. The product is so beautiful! I'd love to order more here in Ashley Bridget as they have a gorgeous bracelets!"

Horrible Customer service and still no product for my money

"I ordered two bracelets from them almost a month ago with a promised tracking number in 10 days. Nothing yet and they refuse to answer their customer service line, emails or FB messages. They also delete all negative comments from the FB page, and there have been a lot. Do not buy from this company!!"

Horrendous service, well non service!! IGNORED FOR WEEKS

"Placed my order 15.12.16 paid for next day delivery and 04.01.17 I am still waiting!! I appreciate companies struggle with increased order volumes in the approach to Christmas but you should not take peoples money if you can not fulfil the service they are paying for, simple!!!!! I have emailed numerous times and also Facebook messaged and nothing. Worst customer service I had ever had from an online retailer. Will never order again. Save yourself the time and hassle and avoid this poor excuse for a company like the plague!!! "

Another VERY dissatisfied customer

"Like everyone else I placed an order, the company was quick to take payment and then they promptly moved onto the next victim. I contacted the customer service via email and received an automated reply. I have since tried contacting them 5 more times with absolutely no response at all. At no time was I made aware they could not deliver in a timely manner. I live and hour away from their address, do distance was not an issue in delivery time. Ashley Bridget continued to sell product they did not have in their inventory and so they didn't lose a sale they didn't bother to mark items out of stock. I would not recommend purchasing from Ashley Bridget unless you enjoy being ripped off."

Zero stars. Over 50 days late after dishonest customer service

"Same issues as everyone else during this holiday season. I paid and placed my order on November 1. I got emails a few days later that the items were out of stock and would ship "soon." The last of the items finally arrived on December 24 to my PO Box in California. Too bad I was in Texas for the holidays.

The worst offenses:
*My order was 54 days late.
*When I was notified of the delay, the updated estimated shipping date was still over 30 days later
*It was not clear when I placed the order that any of the items were out of stock.
*In early December I requested an update and told customer service I was traveling, so the items needed to arrive well before the holidays. They assured me it would not be an issue.
*When it was clear they would not arrive in time, I requested they be shipped to where I would be for the holidays instead. They refused. I requested a refund. They refused until I returned the items, all of which had not yet shipped!!!

In my opinion, all of this verges on fraud. I certainly feel completely taken advantage of. What happened to me (and apparently tons of others) is inexcusable.

Update: I was waiting for my refund when I posted this. Their website says "When we receive your return, it will be processed in 3-7 business days." I looked at the tracking information on the return, waited 7 business days, and no refund. I called, found out they no longer accept phone calls and you must email, so I emailed. My refund for the amount of the items was issued within a couple days of sending the email, but they did not refund the shipping. When I sent another email about that they agreed to refund the shipping costs, too.

I am very happy to have this miserable experience behind me. I will never buy anything from Ashley Bridget again. I will continue to share my experience with anyone I know of who is considering doing business with Ashley Bridget. My final thought: I wonder if I would have ever received a refund if I didn't follow up. I doubt it.

Quick to take money, slow to deliver

"Ordered a Christmas gift on 11/28. The website said it would be delivered by Christmas. A few weeks later - received email that orders were delayed, but still guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. It's 2 days before Christmas. I called and emailed "customer service" asking wondering where my order was... Turns out there's no such thing as customer service. Received an automated email saying orders will be shipped within 10 business days... so definitely not before Christmas. Also got a store credit for $10... in which I'll NEVER use because why would I want to just hand a company money for kicks and giggles? Oh yeah, I still haven't received my order yet and I have yet to hear back from a human being from this company. All the negative comments on their social media are being deleted though, so you know SOMEONE is looking at these messages."

Unless you don't have a deadline - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

"They take your money immediately. Tell you over and over again you will get your product soon (in my case by Christmas - LITERALLY GUARANTEED IT IN 3 SEPARATE EMAILS!). Then they tell you 2 days before Christmas you'll get it in 10 days or so. You can't talk to them (they either hang up on you after waiting for 10 minutes on hold, or they don't even let you leave a message. They don't respond to messenger or emails. You are basically screwed until they decide they want to ship your stuff. I received 1 of my 3 ordered bracelets. The quality/packaging is nice, too bad the Company is HORRIBLE. Would NEVER buy from them again. They had the audacity to offer me a $10 Gift Card on my next purchase for the delay. AS IF THIS HELPS! NO THANK YOU!"

Poor customer service

"I placed an order on Black Friday for the 3 piece bangle set. I received an email in early December that stated there was a delay in shipping but I would receive my bangles before Christmas. The week before Christmas I started to get nervous because what I ordered are Christmas presents so I called customer service. The first time I called they kept me on hold for 30 minutes before an automated voice told me there was no representative to take my call due to high volume. The second time I called the automated voice immediately said there was no one to take my call and I should email.

I emailed them and received a response that day that said there was a delay and they could no longer guarantee my order would arrive by Christmas. I emailed them back saying that I would be returning the bangles if I didn't receive them before Christmas. Later that day I received confirmation that 1 of the 3 bangles I ordered had been shipped. I received it yesterday, on December 22nd.

Today I received an email for them with an apology, but blaming the manufacturer, and a coupon for 10 dollars off of my NEXT order and the rest of my order won't be shipped for another 10 business days.

1. They should've notified me that the order wouldn't make it before Christmas on their own accord.
2. They should've offered a way to immediately cancel the order.
3. Or they should've provided some sort of discount and refund due to this ridiculousness.

I will never buy from them again and I urge everyone to stay away.

Zero Stars Wasn't an Option...UPDATE

"UPDATE: After repeated attempts to contact them via email, phone, Facebook and chat, I received an email offering a $10 credit on a future order. It's insulting. I requested that my order be cancelled. This company is just awful.

I'm willing to look past an inventory issue. Supply didn't meet demand. Proper forecasting should have hinted at issues, but there are always variables.
What is absolutely inexcusable is such poor communication. Phone lines are closed, emails are ignored, and Facebook messages are left unanswered.

Furthermore, when there IS communication, its conflicted! On 12/21/16, in a 2 hour window, I received an email stating that the balance of my order would be at my home before Christmas, along with another email stating that it wouldn't. I replied to both, and neither have been acknowledged.

My order was placed on 11/25/16. My account was charged on 11/26/16. I've been sent one of the 3 items. All were meant to be Christmas gifts.

I could never recommend this company. Never. No matter how much I love their products.
