"Placed order 12/3. Received order from company 12/5 that there was high demand and I would receive part of my order within 7 days. No such luck. When I emailed 12/14, got auto response that they were experiencing high call volume and would get back to me when possible. 12/16, still no contact back,so tried 1-877 number...not in service. No response to fb messenger. Paypal dispute has been filed. Finally get response back and now story is items not guaranteed in time for Christmas...really, with 3 weeks pre-order. AB needs to spend less advertising and more on actually filling customer orders. "

This company has had my money and will not answer emails or pick up the phone, can't even leave a message. they have had the money for over 30 days and I have NOTHING. needed these for Christmas presents, now will have to get something else. "I placed an order on Nov 22 and still have not gotten an email about shipping (over 3 weeks). I called about my order on Dec 4 and was told my order would ship that week because of high volume of orders shipping takes up to 2 weeks. now on Dec 14 I have still not received a shipping confirmation. I tried to call again to get an update but after being on hold for 20 minutes I got a recording says there is no customer service rep available to speak with me. I sent a message via the Facebook but again 20 minutes later and no response. I called again and finally talked to a person.
I was told that they did not expect the large number of orders and my item was delayed and would ship soon. I asked what soon meant and was told again that it would be sometime this week and I would have it before Christmas. But I highly doubt they can ship it and I get it before then. The impression I got was that they ran out of stock and do not want to admit it. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered and their ability to fulfill an order is questionable. I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. "
"Orders 9, yes, 9 necklaces for my girlfriends for Christmas and received 3 of the 9. Called and miraculously got through (after re-dialing, no joke, 100 times) and the girl I spoke with said they would re-ship the remaining 6. I told her I ordered them enough in advance to give them out as christmas gifts and she then told me she couldn't guarantee the remaining 6 would come before then. I asked she ship them EXPRESS but she told me that't not an option because it's international shipping through DHL. I looked up DHL and they do indeed ship express internationally, so that was a lie- they just didn't want to eat the cost of the additional shipping charges for THEIR ERROR. I sent another email demanding they send them express, but after reading these reviews, I'm not going to hold my breath. I've tried calling again, but guess what? No answer- SUPER annoyed! Will NOT be purchasing anything through this company ever again. And if I don't receive my items soon, I will be contacting VISA for a chargeback."

"Ordered 2 bracelets and was told it would take 3-5 days to be shipped. When I never received this confirmation I emailed twice and send 2 different messages through their Facebook account with nothing in return. Luckily I had paid through PayPal so when I went on to make a complaint through there to find out where my order was instead of messaging me back they just automatically cancelled my order!! Never have I received such shocking customer service before in my life. If you were having a bit of back log and it was going to take a while to receive my order I was more than happy to wait but a little communication would have been nice!

Finally had time to call today and was told they were out of stock and would have in a few weeks! I bought these for a specific gathering for Christmas gifts next week!! So disappointed in this service. The only reason they get two stars on anything is that the customer service person was pleasant and said my money will be refunded. "
