This has been a fiasco

"Ordered the gold skinny elastic holder Nov. 10. After I learned quickly that they were back ordered I asked if I could change my order to silver. Was told OK. Next thing I know I got the wrong item sent to me over Thanksgiving. Had to send pictures proving it was the wrong item. Had to wait for return postage form to mail it back. Just got an email this morning saying correct item was shipped...1st class mail from NY to California. This will never get here by Christmas. Ordered way far in advance. This is a major disappointment and the company has been terrible at responding and follow up. "

Don't hate too much

"Now, I won't lie I have never received an item from Ashley Bridget. I did order the popular elastic bangles at the end of November, and waited patiently for a shipping notification. On 12/20 I received a refund of my purchase after I requested it through email and PayPal.

I read reviews of this company before ordering and watched some YouTube videos of people who have purchased from the company. All the reviews were great. So I bought from them.

I don't believe this company is a scam. I do believe that they became incredibly overwhelmed during the holiday season and could no longer keep up with demand. I don't know why they continued to sell the elastic collection.

Do not order from them. Terrible customer service.

"I ve tried to contact them repeadly regarding an order I placed on Nov. 29, 2016 and they do not answer the phone they send an automated email response saying they are overwhelmed with the holiday season.
But they sure will take your order and your money. I got an email on Dec. 5 saying there was delays with high demand but that my order would be delivered by Christmas and that I'd be notifed of tracking information via email when it ships. Guess what no email yet and no way to contact them. I'm almost certain I will not get my item before Christmas and who knows if I'll get it at all. Do Not Order from this company.

Their company is a scam

"I placed an order on November 27. There website CLEARLY states that you will receive a shipping notification email within 3-5 business days. It has been almost a month. I have called, emailed, and FB messaged and get no reply. When I call, I am told by an automated message that there are no agents available. I don't get the option to wait on hold for the next available agent. I am only given the option to leave a message. I have left 5 messages and have gotten no response. I have emailed at least 6 times with no response other than an automated message saying they apologize for the high volume of orders they are receiving. I have left FB messages and have heard nothing back, although on their Facebook page, under messaging, it says that they respond to messages almost immediately. While going through all this, they are still able to find time to advertise their products for more people to purchase them. Once I am able to hear from someone, I will be asking for a refund. "

I wish I had never bothered!!!

"Its seems I am not alone in my experience of terrible service with Ashley Bridget! Before ordering 2 bracelets I messaged AB to see how long they would take to ship and I was advised they would definitely arrive before Christmas as they were for a gift.
I ordered 2 bracelets in November and nearly an entire month later, they have not even been shipped.
In addition, they do not respond to emails, instant messages or the customer help line. This has been a terrible experience and I am seeking a refund- If I ever finally get onto customer service!!!!

Is there a zero rating?

"I ordered over a month ago. They took my payment the same day I placed the order, but I haven't received any merchandise yet. They have posted an apology on their website to all of us still waiting, but they are still taking orders they can't fill.
Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company. I feel I've lost my money. Lesson learned.
customer service is non exists for this company.
Update: I just spent over an hour on hold with customer service. Never was able to reach an actual person.

Took the fun out of a fun gift

"My older sister mentioned the hair tie bracelets over a year ago. I thought they were a bit pricey at $98 but the idea was great! Since then, She mentioned the bracelet several times and so when they were on sale I went ahead and ordered a gold bracelet for her for Christmas on November 17th. I told my other sister about the sale and the concept of the bracelet, She loved the idea too and ordered a silver bracelet for herself. She waited about 3 weeks before she received an email stating it was being shipped. She still hasn't received her silver bracelet when it was supposed to be shipped 2 weeks ago. Me on the other hand, I haven't heard anything about my purchase-- other than they were running behind on shipping. They charged my account immediately after I placed the order and I still haven't received the bracelet. I tried to get in touch with their costumer service but the line wouldn't go through. I tried several times to get in touch with them. I have a feeling that we got ripped off. Such a disappointment, looks like I will need to find something else for a fun Christmas gift."

Terrible service

"I placed an order on November 20th for 3 items. I received one item and called twice to check on the other two. I kept getting told that they would arrive before Christmas. Then a week ago I get a refund notification. After calling customer service for 30 minutes straight I was told my order had been cancelled but I NEVER cancelled it. I escalated to a supervisor who helped me to place a new order online and promised to bump my order with the warehouse so I would get it on time for the holidays. I was told at least two of my items would ship in 48 hours. Now it's 6 days later. I just spent 1 hour and 15 minutes on hold waiting for customer service. They cut you off after 15 minutes and I waited 6 times. No supervisor on duty on the weekend and no one can tell me when my order might actually ship. What I do know is that it didn't ship as promised. I need the items by Wednesday the 21st which is a full month after I placed the order. Seems pretty reasonable yet I have no confidence it will actually happen. Been promised a call on Monday but I feel 100% confident that call won't come and I won't have my product either. Fun product idea, but only if they could actually deliver. "

Zero Stars-why didn't I read the reviews??

"I placed an order on 12/3 for a set of 4 bracelets and my bank account was debited for the full amount. On 12/5, I received an update saying my item was delayed but would be here before Christmas. Starting to get nervous, I emailed and requested an update on 12/12 and they only confirmed they received my request, but didn't provide an update. Today I am fed up and tried calling customer service and phone number doesn't work. I also tried calling number on my bank statement and and message says they are closed, when clearly all emails and Website indicate they are open 7 days a week. I finally filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering and I'm very curious how they have an A+ BBB rating??"

Just Awful

"Being a poor college student I am beyond annoyed I was charged and never received my order even after over a month of emailing and calling again and again. Got in touch with someone once who claimed part of my order would ship that week. Well that was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I am reporting them to BBB. I have never been so unhappy with a company."

"Ordered 12/1- still no update for shipping.
Can't get any response to emails.(I sent 3)

Opened a paypal claim and got a generic, excuse filled response within a minute.

Company takes your money the day you order, not when the item ships.

Escalated Paypal claim to try to get money back and order elsewhere.
