"I love my new ViewSonic VX2250WM-LED 22" monitor, but it's a MIRACLE that it arrived unscathed from Antonline.com, and that is the gospel truth! These people had the gall to simply slap a UPS Ground shipping label onto the OEM ViewSonic monitor box, no "box within a box" or secondary box whatsoever used, and then they proceeded to ship it from Georgia, to California via UPS Ground!

That was the dumbest thing I've seen in dozens and dozens of 'Net purchases in the last couple of years, just could NOT believe that a merchant would lack the foresight and/or common sense and not pack a sensitive LED LCD monitor's OEM shipping box inside a 2nd box for protection and shipping integrity, safety, and also to conceal the contents from any thief that could have spotted my monitor easy as pie and taken it forthwith, no problem, for it was there in the open all the way from GA to Southern California for everybody to see.

By some incredible stroke of luck UPS Ground treated that package like Solid Gold and there wasn't a mark on it to speak of after such a trip, and my LED LCD monitor is functioning 100% as I write this with my OEM custom made Core i7 920-based desktop as its 2nd display for an nVidia SLI setup. Incredible luck, yessir ladies and gents, Antonline.com was unbelievably lucky in this case, and my shipment got to me perfect, in absolute pristine condition...but not through anything they did, this is certain!

I'll rate the price as the best on the 'Net. I'll rate the monitor as a beautiful thing, such as it is, perfect performing in every way. However, I rate Antonline.com's shipping practices as a NEGATIVE ZERO or less, if I could...and I'll see how it goes here and finish off this "review" of my purchase from Antonline.com.

So thanks UPS, for doing a superb job of protecting my LCD monitor from harm and damage, in the utmost sense of those words.

And to Antonline.com: you should be ashamed at shipping such a valuable, sensitive, and fragile electronic product like that in the OEM box, and NOTHING ELSE, no 2nd box, no protection of any kind at all! WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE and start shipping things like this the right way, not the way you shipped my monitor...now everybody who reads this review will know how you treat LCD monitors, TV's, and displays and the like...you apparently leave it up to chance, and good luck and fortune and just ship these things in their OEM packaging, and NOTHING ELSE! Crazy!"

"I ordered 2 radios 1-handheld VHF and 1 fixed mount. I was a little concerned about dealing with a company that has that many disclaimers and legal notices on their order form.

They charged my credit card and sent a shipment notification. I received the handheld in a little over a week, During that week, the ANTOnline price for the fixed mount radio increased 69%. I was becoming concerned. I waited for another week it to arrive. Still no word from them and no delivery. I called. They said they would investigate and get back to me within 24-48 hours. After 48 they sent me an email said they would be refunding my money - basically, the radio was no longer available for $57. I told them this was unacceptable - they said they would see what they could do and email me within 24 - 48 hours. 48 hours later I get a refund notice from PayPal (not ANTOnline). Sent them an email and called saying this was unacceptable - we had an agreement and they took my money - they said they needed to investigate would email me within 48 hours - it has been 11 days and nothing.

WARNING - These people care nothing about the customer or honoring their commitments.

As I see it, when I order something and provide my charge card information and they accept the order and take my money, we have entered into an agreement - they are to deliver a product or service at and agreed to price and I will pay that price for the service or product.

I lived up to my part of that agreement - sadly they did not.
