"Website was not updated. I checked the box for places that accept debit cards. They had me purchase a rental from a place that no longer accepts them. Now they will not refund my $110. I went back home for a funeral and had no money to begin with, but not only did I lose the $110, I ended up spending another $237 on amother car rental. Will never use this company again."
"Where should I start...SUPER Friendly. I arrived at the airport and the agent was waiting for me earlier than I specified (considering any delays) in my notes to them. I was very impressed, I didn't have to wait 1.5h in the airport. I drive Automatic, however I neglected to take notice of the type of transmission I selected at the time of booking. Unfortunately I picked Manual transmission, the agent considered my situation and accommodated my needs for an additional minimal fee.
the agent clearly explained their policy and explicitly clarified procedure in case of a collision occurs. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely hire a car with this office again. I also recommend it to others. Cheers"
"The car rental partner (Dollar) could not issue my rental contract because the voucher # provided was not recognized by their system. This caused long delays at the time of renting the vehicule. Dollar wanted to charge rental fees, that I refused to pay, because I had paid Atlaschoice. After many phone calls, Dollar finally had to make a manual rental contract. When the car was brought back, the check out voucher shows an amount of $2651,17 USD charged to my credit card for an 8 day car rental......! I am still waiting (2 days later) on confirmation by Dollar that the charge will be cancelled. Not a very pleasant experience."
"I really liked the price that I paid compared to other providers that I checked on until I finally decided on Atlaschoice. The service was quick and simple and I had a choice of 4 different cars to choose from which was really nice. The car I selected worked good throughout the vacation driving and the checkout process went quickly too. "Have only used Atlaschoice once before on our many trips to Portugal, had a problem then with no car ready for us and had to ring them.
This time for those who know Faro Airport, there are 2 areas where hire car company operate, at the arrivals end are the major companies and at the other end of the airport are the smaller companies in Car Park 4. We had been allocated to a company Drive4less which we had not heard of so I emailed Atlaschoice who replied they were in car parking 4.
After the long trek we were told the company was Guerin who also operated under the Enterprise franchise at the other end of the airport. So we trekked even further.
Apart from that which cost us about 30 minutes everything was OK."

The local supplier, America Car Rental in Los Angeles, offered the worst customer service possible. Atlaschoice gave us an unbelievable rate for a month long car rental. When we arrived at America Car Rental, the staff was unfriendly and appeared to be upset that we had such an awesome rate. In return, they gave us a car in the worst possible condition that they could find on their lot. It was a car that clearly had front end damage to the bumper, dents, scrapes and bumps on the exterior; the inside and outside of the car was untidy although the guy said he had just washed and cleaned the car. The mileage of the rental was quoted lower than what the car actually had upon pick up of the rental, the return time was incorrect and America Car Rental staff makes it seem as if it is okay until you return the car and then every inaccuracy is scrutinized as if the customer is at fault. It was an all around horrible and stressful experience. We will never rent from America Car Rental again, not even for the great rate.
Again, Atlaschoice was amazing but not America Car Rental."

"Traveling to San Francisco with their streetcars and fabulous fish restaurants was such a treat but you've got to have a car to see from The City By The Bay, Wine Country and a daughter's storybook wedding up near Mt. Shasta. Atlaschoice put us in touch with Fox Car rental and SFO airport makes it easy to ride an "Airtran" shuttle to the rental car complex. Fox was MOST helpful and we got a fabulous car that took us over a thousand miles around northern California. From our initial transactions with a fabulous price, to picking up and dropping off our beautiful Hyundai Elantra, everything went off flawlessly. After 12 hours in airports and on planes, a quick rental process at 9pm local time was SO much appreciated! We got it all with Atlaschoice and we give them high marks not only for price but for making our experience a nice memory to go along with our daughter's wedding!"
"Well for a start the Juicy company was not at Ann street in fortitude valley Brisbane but located nearer the airport.We also did not know at the time of the booking that the company was Juicy as we probably may not have gone with this company.Rather confusing and up-setting to find out that we could have ended up at Ann st and found that the Juicy company had moved.This needs to be rectified. "Rented a car for a little less than some of the mainstream providers near LHR. However when I landed and took the bus to the Atlas Choice office (in the Sheraton Skyline Hotel) I ended up waiting in line for over 45 minutes. This was partly due to having only 2 people on the desk, but also due to the unusually large amount of paperwork required (despite me printing everything they needed). Also the excess is extraordinarily high (mine was £1250 unless I paid an additional £37 per day for the rental).
Also had to pay £30 for half a tank of fuel (no option to just bring it back with the same I picked it up with, had to return it empty). When I said this was unreasonable I was told 'I don't make the rules' (nice attitude).
Once I'd completed all the paperwork I ended up waiting a further 30 minutes for the car to arrive. However there was a thorough walk round and all nicks on the car were highlighted on the rental paperwork. Despite this my car showed an amber warning for tyre pressure and when I asked about this I was told it was because the pressure sensor was not connected or sthg like that, so I had to put up with an audible alert going off almost every half hour throughout the rental period. Pretty annoying and distracting.
Generally the staff were unhelpful and the added hassle wasnt worth the lower price (which ended up not being lower when you consider the excess)."
