Overall a very smooth process and extremely easy to work with."

"We turn up at the airport to find that our car is not waiting for us at the airport like we thought it would be, we have to wait for a shuttle. Ok fine. Perhaps a misunderstanding. We get to the rental premises and wait about 20mins for the sole attendant to tend another customer. Then they have no record of our booking. Great. We go have lunch and come back. They've got us a car but the baby seat isn't installed. He then makes a feeble attempt to install it, says "I don't know how to do this", walks off and LEAVES US to do it ourselves. Doesn't even come to see how we're getting on at any point. 2.5 hours later when we're about to miss our booked activities we give up and have to make do with the hack-jobbed seat in as best we can manage - totally unsafe, not level, completely wrong angle for my 5 month old - have to spend the next morning sorting it out at home. We then realise the car is completely empty. Would NEVER use this company again. I'm still fuming a week later!"
"The Altas Voucher given to me was not honored by Dollar. Still no response to my email to Atlas that day (Two weeks later). Called Atlas (in London via Skype) day before returning car and was told it was a computer problem and would be resolved by the time I returned the car. When I returned the car, not voucher was still not honored but I was charged instead by Dollar for the rental. Dollar Mgt did not return calls and the message left with the return counter either. Called Atlas again on Tuesday 9/13/16 (a week after returning call). This time they told me to respond to their email with my Dollar receipt, which I did that morning and that it would be credited. STILL no response or credit. Tried again by updating Inquiry #64863382 Friday 9/16/16 requesting status. STILL NO RESPONSE. Then received an email from them to evaluate them: "We hope you enjoyed your visit to Orlando Airport in USA Florida and that your car hire went well. "
Now three weeks later, I still have charges on my credit card from both ATLAS and DOLLAR for the same rental. Will still wait another week hoping I receive a response before I tell others to avoid using Atlas altogether.

"I made a reservation on AVIS malpensa through Atlas Choice. I usually uses rentals.com, however, I used Altaschoice because it offered me better vehicle and price. After canceling my reservation through rentals.com, I've got a mail that my reservation was cancelled and I had no choice of the smaller car for higher price; I didn't have 24 hours to my flight, and I had to accept it. I reserved a BMW or similar, but they changed it to Volvo, I also had to accept, and I think it was the marginal acceptance that I can do.
On the high way between Vicenza and Venezia, I got a stone chip from a car in the high way. I got a small crack on the windshield, it was about 3 mm, but it bothered me and I dropped it at Bologna airport to re-rent the car. I waited for a long time, and they gave me a much smaller, and much older Volvo; it was 55,000+ km and very dirty inside.
I had CDW worth 1,500 euro, but they claimed me 700+ euro, even though they downgraded my car. Different OEM brand or different types such as VAN and SUV, everybody's view may be different. But same type of wagon from same brand can not be arranged in the same class.
And, also premium brands such as BMW or Mercedes must be replaced only among same classes, not like Volvo.
When we replace the windshield of Volvo, it usually cost 200-800 euros, there was no telepass, HUD, or something like sensors. And they forced me 700+ euros after my CDW 1,500 euros; they claimed me more than 2,200 euros to change Volvo's windshield.

Are my key concerns. I asked to the car return staffs, what? You designated as same classes?
Significamtlly different size from the same brand must be in different class, that's common sense. I can't believe it. It was not a local brand, it was AVIS.
It was a travel to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday, that bad experience ruined the trip. I am thinking of what remedies are available for me. I also think that Atlaschoice is liable for the duty to manage their vendor's service, and keep away the customer from the fraud contract, transaction, or service."
"Overall we were pleased but there was a large fee (more than $10/day) to drive on toll roads and even though we were going to have the car parked for 7 days while we were on a cruise ship, we had to pay the fee for those days too! It was an all or nothing deal and there was no other way to pay for many of the toll roads. "

"I booked a car from Atlaschoice and paid fully on August 28. On pick-up day at the Denver airport at 1 am a vehicle supplier representative came and said that they are out of cars and couldn't provide us a car. We called Atlaschoice, called Fox Rent a Car but nobody picked a phone.We were literally left in the street without any explanation. I am very angry. It's the worst service I've ever seen.
After e-mailing Atlascoice and asking to resolve the problem, they replied 'Atlaschoice aims to resolve complaints within 28 days of receipt. If the nature of your complaint is with our partner at the pick – up country we will assist you by opening the communication and dialogue between yourself and our partner , however Atlas Choice maybe unable to respond specifically to any points raised.'
I'm still waiting for the refund. Nobody called me or e-mailed me. Even nobody said- we are sorry. It's ridiculous. "
"Easy to book online, walked up to the car rental counter with my voucher and picked up the car without any problems."
"I arrived at the office to pick up my car, the service I received from Sonia was some of the best service I have ever received in my life!!! From the first moment I spoke with her on the phone (lost and trying to find the office) she was incredibly helpful and friendly.
There were a few issues, but Sonia assured me that I would be going on my extended city break (I honestly thought I was not going to be able to go) the service was quick, accommodating, and super helpful.
The car was amazing, great condition and really lovely to drive. The drop off was really quick, just what you want for a Monday morning in Heathrow!
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! I will only ever use this company going forward!! I look forward to my next dealing with them!!"
"Another very good experience with Atlaschoice and Dollar car rental, their supplier at JFK. The car was clean, ready and waiting at the Dollar depot at JFK. Note that the GPS location for Dollar was a bit out so just follow the signs. There is convenient access to the AirTrain station for free and easy connection to the Terminals too. Staff were pleasant and shared a joke. Would definitely use this option again in NYC."
