"This was hands down the worst car experience ever! I have rented a car for years when I travel and I have never had such a poor experience as I did with Fox rental car with Atlas. After standing in their lobby for over an hour and a half I was told that the vehicle type we rented was sold out. When I expressed my frustration with 1.5 hour wait I was told that that day before they waited over 2 hrs?!? I guess they thought that me hearing of even a poorer experience I would feel better about mine?!? Then imagine my surprise to find my exact car when I got to the garage. The attendant said they "forgot to check them in". Are you serious?!? I will NEVER rent from Fox again and sadly since I don't get to choose with Atlas, I doubt they will see my business either."
"On arrival at Dover the staff was polite and helpful explaining everything and were great. The free upgrade was the icing on the cake!!! On returning the car the staff again was so polite and helpful..

" I booked a rental and was charged the rate by atlas choice and then charged again by the rental place because the Atlas Choice voucher was bogus. Effectively paying double for a rental car. Atlas Choice customer service is harder to find to get a hold of than the pope. Book directly with the rental company and stay away from these con artists."
"On arrival at Sad Cars, Reykjavik, I was provided with a rusty and bashed-up Toyota Yaris with no hub caps. The gear was noisy and the steering was heavy.
My complaint is that there was no indication, when selecting this particular rental from your website, that I had selected a company specialising in renting out old heavily used cars.
I did not protest to the company at the time as I saw little point in doing so. I reluctantly accepted the provided car but remained nervous that it would break down during the rental (which did not occur!). I drove the rental car for 4 days without encountering any serious mechanical problem.

"Terrible service. Costumer Service is even worse. location not at the airport. Shuttle bus took over an hour. They gave me a 8-seater instead of a 5-seater.
Flight arrived before 8pm, didn't get my rental car til 9:30pm. Rental car location was not actually at the airport but on an offsite location. Shuttle bus took over an hour and still wasn't there to take us over. I had to take a cab over there. When I got there, they gave me a 8-seater crossover Dodge Journey instead of the SUV I requested which was a Jeep Compass. When I filed a complaint with AtlasChoice customer service they did absolutely nothing. They don't care at all. They already have your money. Worst service. I will not be using them EVER again! And I recommend everyone use a different service provider as this one is TERRIBLE. "

We were able to select the car from a line up - it was clean, pretty new, had all the bells and whistles and was a pleasure to drive. (Chevy Cruz). Check out and Check in was easy. "We have used Atlaschoice now a few times and it is absolutely so easy and inexpensive compared to a regular car rental. Never had a problem and very easy to book. We will always use this as our car rental company. "
"I like this rental place because of the lower prices than other car rental place. They were able to confirmed fairly quickly after booking online. However, getting the car was another story. I waited in line for over an hour. There were only two representatives in the beginning. At first I was ok with it as they were really trying to help their current customers but there was a third representative coming in and out of his office seeing a long line forming. It wasn't about 45 mins later that the third representative was finally available to help. But mind you, this guy didn't even smile and didn't seem apologetic at all for the long line. By then, I wasn't really in the mood to make small talk either and just wanted my car. Upon booking, I chose a Toyota Corolla but at the time to pick up my rental, they were going to give me another car that I thought was smaller. I requested the Toyota because i wanted that car. Luckily they were able to make arrangements. Overall, they need a faster customer service. "
