"Order a product and it took them 10 days to even place the order. Will take another 5-7 days to get to slow of service could have gotten this alot faster from a competitor"

"I thought when I ordered my speakers, this would be an easy process, but the date that my speakers would get shipped keeps getting pushed back, they were supposed to ship at the beginning of this week and the site still shows eta late february. The back order did not even show on the site when I placed my order, although they claim it did, but for some reason they felt it was necessary to call and let me know they were back ordered, probably because they found out after my order. I have asked to speak to some in leadership multiple times now and I feel like the request is completely ignored, the service I have recieved is subpar at best. I understand products on back order, but I prefer not to keep getting different dates and having to reschedule time to have the speakers installed. Also it would be nice if they would offer a comparable alternative for the same price, I'd be willing to at least entertain the idea if it would get me my items. I will honestly do everything I can to keep anybody I know from ever purchasing from this company, the service has made me sick and I can't wait until I finally have my speakers and never have to deal with this sorry excuse for service again!"

"A little bit of drama due to some delivery issues, but items did arrive in good condition.
Seller does not carry items, they were shipped factory direct, so these are 3rd party transactions. It makes communication a bit difficult when issues arrive, like I had with shipping.

"Ordered item, waited 2 weeks, tried to located item, no tracking info, emailed and called several times no response. Finally talked to customer service, supposed to call me back with tracking...nothing. Several day later talked to customer service, item back ordered but I cancelled and ordered w/ competitor. Week later item that was cancelled got shipped to me anyway. Left message..no response. Called again, working on returning item."

"Ordered on 1/28. I called yesterday because I hadn't heard that it shipped. I was told it won't be to them till the end of this week to even ship out to me! I need these prior to sheetrock on a house and this will delay my job. Not happy."

"My order took a while to ship, but it seems its not Audiogurus fault, Infinity took longer, I wish they proactively communicate to their customers about delays. I got a great price and they upgraded the shipping to free 2nd day from UPS. Definitely I will buy from them again."

"Company took money, then waited 10 days to inform me the item was on backorder for another month. And that's only because I had to call them constantly for an update. Ridiculous! "

"Several days after making the purchase and not receiving any information on shipment, I went back to the website to discover that my speakers were on backorder and would not be shipped until late February, a month after ordering. It would have been nice to receive that information from Audio gurus instead of having to research the status myself. Also, it would have been nice to have that info when ordering because I may have ordered from another reseller who had it in stock."
