"I ordered item on December 26th and was charged that day. I have yet to receive a tracking number or notification of shipping. Tried calling to contact them and all calls went unanswered. Submitted a question via website and received an answer days later. I don't know if Yamaha is the issue or not for my item failing to ship, but Audioguru customer service is absolutely awful. I will never order from them again."

"My order was placed on the 27th. Said I would get a shipping confirmation number when they shipped. Its been a week now and I still have no shipping confirmation nor the product. If I would have known it was going to take this long, I would have ordered from Amazon"

"did not hear back until a week later about the purchase. I was told they did not have in stock but will let me soon. Another week later, there was still no updates. Called them multiple times but no answer even after leaving message. Sent email and finally got reply saying the manufacturer will directly ship to me and they will send me a confirmation. After few days not hearing from them again, wrote to them to cancel the order."

"They probably deserved 1.5 stars but I have no way to know since I don't have my order. I had a heck of a time but finally got someone on the phone, I guess it'll ship late next week which is two weeks after I placed the order. Yes it's the holiday but I expected it to have shipped already, oh well. Good price,hopefully I'll get it by mid January, sigh. "

"The sub-dude HT really does change the sound of my 12" BIC Acoustech PL200 drastically. A lot cleaner clarity and sound! Its amazing how much less resonance is heard compared to what was transferring from the sub through the floor and walls which in turn was muddying up the sound. I will order another one after I add order another 12" PL200. "

"Order placed on December 19, 2013. (Checkout and payment was through PayPal.) We received an immediate acknowledgement of the order via email, but no further contact. Having used PayPal, we had no personal account set up with AudioGurus at the time of placing the order, so could not check on order status using their web site.

After a few days of hearing nothing, we did set up a personal account on the web site, but it then tells us we have not placed an order, and furthermore, it does not allow one to enter an order number for checking order status.

On December 24, we sent an email inquiry to the vendor requesting order status, but got no reply by late on December 26th. (Granted, there was a holiday in there, which could delay a response.)

Later on the 26th we tried calling AudioGurus several times with no answer. On the fourth attempt we did get a response. After several more minutes of waiting, our order was located. After another wait, it was determined that the items we had ordered were on backorder from Polk Audio and it could be another week for the vendor to get them.

After a week, we still have no idea how much longer we will have to wait for delivery to our home.
