I spoke with a sales rep yesterday who assured me that I would receive shipping verification for the cable that day, this did not happen. At this point I have an angry client and no way to cancel the cable order, so I can buy the cable locally. "

It's now been a week, and all I know is that they should arrive in stock 'soon'. And I only know that because I submitted a ticket basically asking when they would ship."

"Very poor experience. I placed an order for polk audio in ceiling speakers. 4 days after I placed the order i still had not heard from them. They took my money and after 4 attemps through phone calls and emails they would not contact me. It was only posting a message on their facebook page that they responded. They claimed they did not get any of my emails and none of my phone calls. Then they said that my speakers were back ordered and it would be over a month before they would have them in stock! Gee Im glad they tried to contact me and let me know that! This is a bait and switch. Buyer beware!! I will not work with a company like that again."
"I felt like the communciation was very slow and time it took to ship my order was very slow. It took approximately 8 days for my order to ship without any communication from the company prior. I had to send an email to customer service just to find out the status and it took a couple days to receive a response. I think other on line sellers do a better job of communcating the process to manage customer expectations and process the shippment quicker. I still have not recevied the product so hopefully it will be good."
