I tried calling several times with no answer and no answer to emails. Very poor customer service and even poorer stock handling. Will NOT do business with these people again."
"Was looking for Aperion Wireless Zona speakers, which had been sold out at Aperion for half a year. Audiogurus website claimed they had it available within 1-2 business day. No shipping confirmation on day 3, I tried to find out what's going on. Sales rep. said he would call back, but did not. Then no response to three emails of mine. A few days later I got somebody on the phone who said that shipping was confirmed by the manufacturer for that very day. Next day I get an email stating that my order was canceled. Terrible customer service."
