"I was concerned when I read the one star reviews, but I have been pleasantly surprised. The three rugs ordered came in 8 days from the time I ordered! They look just like the photos and are very attractive. The quality is as good, or better than I expected, and well priced. Cetainly couldn't have got the range of choice or quality for the money locally.
I didn't pick the most expensive and they still look great and feel nice underfoot. Sizes seem right too. So all in all, nothing to complain about.

"The AURug website turned out to be NOT Australian, instead shipping from America, and this only became apparent once I recieved tracking.

In messaging an employee confirmed that AURugs was set up for Australia. So it should be made clear that it is not pan Australian company shipping in Australia' but in fact is an American fompany, at American prices, shipping from America.

Very disappointed- plus my order will take much longer to arrive. "
