"Please be aware, if you are in no hurry to order parts for your vehicle this may be the place for you. I ordered parts from this site (AutoParsGiant.com) on January 15th. The order did not ship out until January 30th. That's 12 business days before the order was shipped. I think that's ridiculous for a company dealing with automotive parts. I will say the prices of ACDelco products are unbeatable. Also the order was packed correctly and all parts were not damaged, dirty, or NOS (New old stock). Other than that, just please beware if you are in a hurry. "

"Alot of the complants that i have read on this sound just like what i've/I'm going through. Ordered part and it was the wrong one, It said it was the right one when ordered. i needed steering pressure pump for sport trac 4wd what i got did not even look like what came off the truck ,i believe it was for a 2wd truck. The parts online were conflicting with what came up when you clicked on the part. The people that you have to deal with are another story. try to call and you get hung up on, try to e-mail and you get no response. Who ever owns this place better get a grip on the buisness before who ever's running it runs it into the ground. Thank you"
"Ordered air filter, fuel filter, s-belt:
1)APG was lowest price.
2)arrived in 4 working days - email notice of shipping came a day *after* receiving the parts
3)all parts good condition, except air filter (oiled/fiber type) had leaked/stained half of box it came in. Will probably work ok, but would not have accepted it if buying from local retail store.
4)call to cust. service about air filter said that they would exchange it but I would have to pay shipping. This could be a problem if having to return fully defective parts.
5)Overall: 3.5/5 rating, will consider trying other online parts warehouses in future if they are highly rated and within a few dollars in price in attempt to get newest condition parts. "
"I have ordered from these guys in the past and have never had any problems. I agree, their website tracking system is bogus, but they send you a UPS tracking number when the order is filled. Never had any trouble tracking the order with that. I have ordered several air filters, a ignition coil, and most recently a blower motor. I have always wanted Delco parts, and thats exactly what I got. I must admit, I have not had to call their customer service, so I can't say if they worthless or not. From all the parts places I have checked, they have always had the best prices. Plus free shipping on orders over $50. Most places require an order of double or triple that for free shipping. From what others have said, I may be more reluctant in the future, but so far these guys have done right by me."
"The people at AutoPartsGiant are rude beyond belief and unprofessional. Everything about their entire operation (cause that's what it is-its no business)is centered around getting your money-period. Saying they give you the run-a-round doesn't even scratch the surface. I ordered a remanufactured ECM on the 16th of Sept. I have yet to receive a tracking number. Here it is Sept. 28th and no part. I call, get put on hold, if someone does answer, their level of stupidity in responding with evasive answers or downright lies is amazing. How do they remain in business? Where are they located? They keep referring to the 'warehouse'. How is it you can't contact this warehouse and track down a part? What? It's not there next door or close by? Still a reputable business would get on the phone or computer and check when the customer has a question or problem.
These people will lay the phone down and they're loud and cursing in the background, music is blasting as is the tv. They have no cares whatsoever that a customer (as in my case) was calling long distance.
I ordered a part for one of my other cars from another online parts store and not only did I get a confirmation email of my purchase, the link to track the package shipped UPS was provided--and ouila! There that part is.
AutoPartsGiant is a blind to rip people off.
When logging on to 'check' the status of my order, it still reads 'New'. Yet, on two different days, I've called only to be told the order shipped--yesterday.
Catching them in those lies only got me an earful of loud mouthed rudeness.
How is it they don't know what tracking number is attached to an order?
Again I ask, does anyone know the location of AutoPartsGiant? This operation needs to be shut down by the Attorney General. And believe me, its definitely something I'm looking into kick starting. I'm also gonna contact my credit card company to cancel this order and take whatever action needed to stop this because this is FRAUD plain and simple."
"I paid $15 extra plus overnight shipping. Part was misboxed. All I could get out of these guys was "It's not our fault!" I returned and received second part (they would not overnight unless I paid for it). That part was also misboxed. Returned part and after 5 weeks I am still waiting for refund. They keep saying that it will be processed "today" then "by the end of the week". Still no refund. Also, they don't refund shipping. So, I'm out the original $53 + $9.98 + $9.98 for shipping costs to get this $82 part. At best I can expect the $82 for the part. This has been a nightmare. A 3 day project has now gone 3 months. I will NEVER buy another part from these guys again."
"I really wish I had checked this web-site before ordering anything on-line from these guys, or even the BBB in CA. So my bad.
Customer service said the part shipped two weeks ago, no UPS, no e-mail responses, and if you call past 4:15 pacific, you will be on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on.
So now I start the whole dispute the charges process with the CC company. BTW - Didn't some on-line retailers get thumped pretty hard by the SEC for posting charges before order fulfillment?

I ordered fairly common parts (should have been in stock).
No parts after 2 weeks. There was no tracking number. and their order status screen was ALWAYS down for maintenance.
When I finally got someone live on the phone, I found out that they didn't have the parts, but "expected them any day".
When the parts did finally ship, they were the correct parts, but poorly packed. There was a small sensor in with 2 heavy wheel hubs with only a few wads of newspaper seperating them.
For a few dollars more, I'll shop elsewhere "
"The worst online purchase that I've ever experienced. The term customer service does not exist for these guys. I ordered my AC part expecting the 3-8 business days for shipping, boy was I mistaken. The order tracking on their site is a joke and does not contain any useful tracking information and they even tell you it will appear 5 days after it was shipped. They use UPS and the tracking number would be given to them immediately. I started calling them 2 weeks after a no show and it is very clear to me that they just do not care, I called them 5 times of which I was hung up on twice. When I did speak to a rep, they were consistantly rude. When I asked to speak to a manager the first time, I was transfered to a general voice mail. The second time, the rep named Manny said he was the manager. If the call was made to them before 11 am, they used the line, "I cannot check the order of the status until UPS comes online" and I needed to call back. I asked Manny to callme back after 11 which did not happen. I emailed customer service with no response. I called back again the following week (the first attempt was a hangup and the next was a 15 minute hold time) when I got to the rep, I asked for the order status and he said it was still in process, I then requested he cancel the order, the statement was I can't do that. You own it now. BUYER BEWARE!! I am now pursuing the credit card cancellation route which will probably be painful but necessary."
"I ordered $231.52 worth of parts which qualified for free shipping 5-8 business days. I called last Friday to check the status. They said it was probably going to be shipped that night. I called back again today, and a person giving a false name of "Juan" answered the phone. I said I wanted to check the status of my order from 6/4. He said it wasnt shipped yet and would probably be shipped tomorrow. Exclaiming that it exceeded the 5-8 business days, he didnt answer me and sounded like he was busy WATCHING TV. He didnt care too much about anything I said. In fact, I asked him if I paid the hefty $65 fee for overnight, he even said the order would 8 DAYS to process before shipping and would not arrive until after the 9th day. After hanging up with him, I realized that I didnt even give him my name or order number.
I called my cc company to reverse charges on the order. My rep. insisted that I tried calling them to see if we could come to an agreement. So I did...
I called back, and spoke to "Art". He said my order was shipped and would call me back with a tracking number. 1. He never called me back. I had to call back a few times before getting a hold of him. He gave me a tracking number, but when I checked, it read: "UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later". When I called back again, he said to check the tracking number after 9pm PT, but was pretending to be clueless to when my order was shipped.
If it was in fact shipped, it was shipped today. UPS DOES NOT give a tracking number 5 days after it was shipped. WHATS THE POINT!!! I've NEVER had that. UPS and every other courier in the USA provides a tracking number on the SAME DAY, unless the vendor did in fact NOT ship the order.
After numerous times of being unsuccessfully transfered to the manager, I told "Art" to relay the message for me. I said when I receive my parts, I will gladly call my CC company to have them pay autoparts giant in the time frame it took for them to process and ship it. If I receive my parts in a total of 20 days, I will call my cc company 20 days after I receive my order. Fair, right?"
"03/24 - Ordered brake parts, rotor cap & wires, rebuilt injectors.
04/10 - Order arrived, but no injectors (injectors & core charge = $167.80).
04/11 - Called non-800 number... busy
04/11-05/22 - Sent over 20 emails in total. Three different accounts used... No reply to any of them.
05/01 - Called for the 2nd time... "Seymore" told me the injectors were out of stock and I'd be credited back the $167.80 (injectors & core charge), to my CC within 5 business days.
05/22 - Called for the 3rd time (on hold slightly over 1/2hr, being hung-up on once)... "Manny" told me he didn't know anything about my issue and that he'd pass it along to their credit dept. I should be refunded within 5 business days.
06/02 - I was never credited for the missing injectors. I turned to my CC company to dispute the charge.
My advice for buying from APG...
