"I ordered some parts and paid $50 for express shipping. I then found out that they shipped it USP standard. When I asked how they were going to fix this issue and if they could send an order via air, they said they would get back to me.

Today I find out that they are going to change me for the standard shipping and I still will have to wait 10 days fo rate parts to arrive.

I use my vehicle for business (as well as for responding to the fire department as I am a firefighter) and booked the mechanic this week to do the repairs. Now I have to wait for weeks to get my parts that were ordered on the 14th of October.
