"I ordered a front rotor for my truck and after the mechanic had it apart to install it he discoverd it was the wrong part ,after several calls and emails they finally agreed to pay to ship it back ,then it took another 3 weeks for me to finally get my refund .I feel it was a terrible ordeal and took way to long to get my refund .They did not have the correct part to ship me so I had to get it somewhere else .Quite a hassle for my first time buying from them .

"I placed order for wheel spacers and while checking out I ended up clicking on some Membership box (not clearly explained). When I saw the charge, I contacted them to cancel it and refund my $22.99. They say the membership cant be cancelled and they are unprofessional and thuggish in their communication. Moreover, the spacer they sent me didnt come with bolt and their website didnt have clear details (showed pic of the box with lug nuts on it).

What kind of rotten company is it where they hide behind emails, charge your card and do what they want to do? Never again going to do business with these thieves!"

"Restoring a 1972 BMW 2002tii, and found this sight for parts in Canada. The prices are very good and in Canadian dollars. I think free shipping is a must for online stores. I wish there was a few more parts for my restoration but I know there are thousands of different autos. The products are very good qualty ,I will for sure be ordering more parts here. Thanks"

"I orderd a part for my '81 BMW, the website stated there are a network of warehouses across the country, "and most orders are delivered within 1-2 days due to our numerous nationwide distribution centers."

I put in the order on Nov 13 & indicated ground shipping as I assumed there must be a warehouse in the Toronto area which isn't far from Prince Edward County. I was not told this item would be coming from Vancouver & that once an order is placed, no changes can be made by you or your shipper UPS.

I needed this item in a hurry as my car was being repaired in Ottawa & I wanted it to get it home before too much snow fell which usuallly means road salt is applied, this car was never driven in winter so I wanted to keep it that way.

Essentially the wrong part was sent to Ottawa & the right one to my home but I have the car at home now so it's not a priority. The first part finally made it to my place yesterday on Nov 27 but the second one shipped via air did get to Ottawa fairly quickly.

It would be better if customers are advised where their item is coming from so this kind of fiasco can be prevented from happening again because they can then choose the best shipping option.

I am satisfied there is a domestic parts supplier for my vintage auto but now know to ask the right questions should I shop at your business again."

"I have made two orders in the last month. They have website issues preventing items from adding to your cart. On the second order the online assistant had to manually build my order. Subsequently, upon checking my Credit Card statement I found an extra and separate charge for “plus1year” $19.99! This was not an authorized payment so I attempted to contact them by email, call back and phone but no response. I will be reporting this fraud to my Credit Card company if I don’t hear back in 24 hours. "
