"Don't buy anything made my CoverKing unless your a gambler and feel lucky! I ordered a "Tan" dash cover and what arrived was "Brown" and it looked NOTHING like the "Tan" color at the Auto Accessories Garage website. Maybe In California where CoverKing is located they really believe "Tan" is "brown" because they turn "Brown" when they "Tan" and they just get the two confused! Or maybe when your living the high life owning your business in the sunny state of California "selling what you advertise" or "standing behind what you sell" is something you don't need to factor into being a reputable business. So I called Auto Accessories Garage and they said I had to call CoverKing to return the item. I called CoverKing and they said I had to call Auto Accessories Garage to return the item, go figure. CoverKing also told me they could send me fabric color samples to help me make my choice for re-ordering the right color. So I told them I had narrowed my color choices down to beige, oak, taupe, and tan, which was closest to the color of the interior of my vehicle and the closest color at the website. But their "Tan" was "Brown", and I don't mean their dash cover was just a little "not tan" and a "little brown", I mean it was no where near any shade of tan I've ever seen before. So 2 weeks later an envelope from CoverKing arrived in the mail with not three but one fabric color sample in the so called "Tan" color that I had already ordered and received, which was still "Brown", which just told me what I already new. So 2 more weeks wasted. I called Auto Accessories Garage and finally got the right person on the right day and they said they would send me return authorization instructions. Well as it turns out they had to go to CoverKing for the return authorization and that took another 2 weeks to finally receive the return authorization email. When the email arrived it said I had to ship the item back to CoverKing "at my expense" by "UPS or FedEx only" AND there would be a 15% re-stocking fee. I wonder how much money they make a year off re-stocking fees by selling the wrong color dash covers. All I know for sure is I'm out $40 and 6 weeks of my life I will never get back!"
