"I Called on 10/01/2010 and placed the order for 2 items.
Both Items arrived in a reasonable time, The problem is that both items were wrong(their error).
I called and was told that they would get the manufacture to send a UPS return label which they did. I had to drive almost 20 miles to get to a drop off location. They said they would only send a replacement order when the returned items were in the system which was on Monday however the replaacement items were shipped on Thursday and to be delivered on the 18th.
I was to trust them to ship my order by paying for it before they shipped it but they did not trust me to return the wrong parts. My order was delayed by me having to ship the wrong parts back. They offered no compasation for my having the lost time or the fact I had to invest my time and gas to drive the 20 miles to return their errors. I feel they could have shiopped my correct items right a way. Poor customer service policy.
Every one that I talked to was very polite but had to follow the company policy.
I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANY THING AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY.

The first two items were correct, but the third (the brake pads) were not the correct pads. What I received was Part# 16-477. Item #2 Part# AR8557XR had a dig or damage on the top edge of the rotor. I am not sure if it interferes with the contact surface of the rotor. My order information is listed below and I can be reached at the e-mail listed below or by phone at ***-***-****. This is my first experience with your company and it is not getting off to a good start.
OK! it took 5-6 days to get it taken care of, but I have returned thewrong pads and mine shipped today. I hope to see them by Monday. The company made good on everything, including return shipping. "
