"The CURT hitch arrived todayfor my 2004 GTO. There were a couple of paint chips on it but I figured it would eventually get chiped anyway. The only problem I had with installing it was hardware related. One of the nuts for attaching it did not match the stud already on my car for propper instalation. Luckily I found one I could use in my spare bolts and nuts box. Another one I had to reuse the nut that came off the stud because the one in the hardware pack wouldn't work with the thick washers sent with it. Overall I'm satisified with the purchase."
" Had Some issues getting the correct DeeZee NXc running Boards for my wifes 2012 Explorer. Customer service as quick to respond, although the resolution did take too long.
The NXc are all aluminim Boards and fit the style of the Explorer quite well. Took a little inder 2 Hrs to install, Directions were clear and minimal tools and skill required to complete.
I also Have Husky mud Molded flaps with the 20inch wheels and the Boards fit just fine and they do offer good adjustment to adjust in/out and front to back. The only issue's I had were several Aluminum rivets holding the trim were broken (I fixed with some #12 SS screws) and the mounting brackets could be a little shorter to allow the Boards to close the 1/2inch gap between the Board and the bottom of the truck. They DO NOT extend past the wheels so curbs should not be a problem.
They do Look GOOD and the Wife is Happy ! "

"Terrible Customer Service. If you're 100% positive you will not need to return or exchange what you buy you may be alright however if there is ANY chance of return/exchange I would not buy from autoaccessoiesgarage. I'm pretty sure they are operating from their garage, they do not ship the product you will recieve from a real auto store but you have to deal with them for the exchange/return. Be prepared to pay a 15% restock fee and shipping cost even for an exchange and the process is cumbersome. I haven't received my refund so we'll see how long that takes...I'm not holding my breath. The $60.00 floor mats I purchased cost me $80.00 (shipping and restock fee) when I wanted to exchange for another color. I ended up asking for a refund rather than exchange...it still costs me $20.00 but they won't get the profit from the mats. I won't support a company with such terrible customer service. Think through your purchase and make sure you will not have to return or exchange."

"Super-fast service with the ordered product well packaged. Other sites were telling me at least several days or weeks to get my needed Weather Guard floor mats. Pricing with shipping into the formula was right in line or better than other companies. The actual mat, W101, is a 98% perfect fit for my Mazda 3 S (2008); the pad left of the clutch sticks out a bit and catches on my left foot when shifting, so I'll need to take some sheers and cut that down a bit).
