"I ordered 2 Elegant Suede Seat Covers from Auto Barn. Because I was assisting my daughter-in-law care for my new grandchild I was unable to put them in my car until the day before yesterday. I called and spoke to a "human" and told them they did not fit. He suggested I chck out Cover King before returning the ones I have. There is no way I will invest that much money on seat covers with no guarntee they will fit. I need an RGA# to return the covers I have and the only human being I spoke with was rude, condesending, and tranferred me twice to an answering machine. "

"I read the reviews from reseller ratings regarding this store and they were pretty poor ratings. I saw on their website that they had Yahoo Shopping Buying Protection and are Bizrate Customer Verified. This made me feel a hell of a lot better and I decided to order. This was no ordinary order. I ordered a $2000.00 Vizualogic DVD headrest system, a remote start system, and a $500.00 Backup camera. I also received free shipping to an APO address, (normally very expensive, if you buy more than $150.00 worth of stuff, shipping is free) a free game pak for the DVD headrests and a $100.00 coupon for my next purchase. For awhile I was skeptical because it had been a week and my order still hadn't shipped. I called their customer service and I was politely told the reason was because the custom DVD headrests had to be mailed from the manufacturer before they shipped my entire package. I was definately cool with that. When It did ship a day later, I was emailed that the package shipped and my package arrived very promptly in Germany. The items were packed decently but I noticed that there was no $100.00 coupon! I called customer service and I asked the guy where my coupon was and he made it sound like I was on crack asking for a $100.00 coupon. After being put on hold for about a minute, he said he was sorry and would issue me the coupon. A couple of moments later, I received an email with the coupon code and I spent more money on car stuff I don't need. Overall my experience with Autobarn has been fantastic and I will definately order again and again from them. "
