"Autobarn Company has sent me the rear view panoramic mirror in a broken box and it was dirty. This mirror was returned before to the store and was not cleaned. The picture of this mirror on Amazon.com is absolutely different with the mirror which was sent to me. If I would know I would not buy it."
"This was perhaps the worst experience I have ever had in ordering an item over the net for shipment. To begin with I was unable to track the item past it's being accepted by the USPS. I was not offered an alternate shipping method which would have been a better option for me as I reside in Canada which requires the USPS to hand the item over to Canada Post inviting problems with tracking and the item being lost in transit. After ordering this item on Aug 11, 2006 I was finally contacted by autobarn.com on Sept 14, 2006 OVER A MONTH LATER. I was informed that my package had been returned to them by the USPS because they needed to fill out an additional form due to heightened security reasons. I was asked what I would like to do. Have it reshipped or my account credited but not my money refunded was how I read this. I was stunned as I would think that the answer was patently bloody obvious. FILL OUT THE FORM AND SHIP MY PACKAGE WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. I my self ship trailer loads of freight locally nationally and internationally and I am aware of all the necessary documentation required and ensure that it is properly completed. I recently have ordered items from other vendors and in one case received it the following day from California to my work address in Canada. I would have been willing to pay an upcharge to ship the item with UPS or FedEx Express or Ground and receive this item as it WAS time sensitive but I did not have that option. I will not deal with autobarn.comin the future and will tell others not to as well.

Auto Barn has been extremely SLOW to respond to this order. Despite two requests from me Auto Barn has provided NO information until today. September 4. The information I received today is that the item has just now shipped via UPS.
This is so new that UPS has not yet established tracking data.
So, we'll see the condition of the item when received. So far I have to judge this experience with Auto Barn as UNSATISFACTORY!"
"I have made several purchases from this company while stationed overseas. They have yet to disapoint me. I ordered everything from airfilters, sparkplug wires and tires. Everything arrived ontime or early. The prices are great and quality can't be beat. I have made purchases while overseas from them and will gladly continue to do so now that I'm back in the states."
"I ordered a set of windshield wipers from Autobarn.com through Amazon. The wipers sent were not the type nor size specified on the website. Autobarn agreed over e-mail to make an exception to their normal return policy and credit me for return shipping because the error was their fault. I sent the items back at my cost, and though I did receive a credit for the purchase price of the wipers, the $7.xx shipping fee I incurred has yet to be reimbursed. E-mails now go unanswered. I'll never order from them again."
"I ordered custom floor mats for my car one month ago and I never got them. AutoBarn never gave me a UPS number and all my e-mails went unanswered, except one where they claimed they'd investigate and they never got back to me. I posted on their message board and they deleted the post.
Finally I had to get my money back through my credit card company since AutoBarn was so useless.
UPDATE: On January 10th they finally gave me the UPS tracking number, which oddly showed it had been delivered on December 19th, three weeks earlier. But it hadn't been. It appears UPS lost it but this would have been much easier to investigate if I'd had the tracking number back then."
"Crazy amounts of tape on products I ordered (nothing like spray detailer with tape goo all over it). 7 business days from order to all items received, I ordered 7 items and they arrived in 3 shipments. "
"Purchased a Mother's Claybar kit from AutoBarn. Order processed the second day, but the biggest issue I had was their choice of shipping options - slow.
No USPS Priority or FedEx Express Saver for fast, affordable delivery - just UPS Ground. With processing, order took a week to arrive from New York to Georgia. In contrast, an order I recently placed at another site cost half as much to ship, only took 3 days and came all the way from the other side of the country!
I would probably not shop here again until they get some better shipping options."
