"On March 22/07 I placed an order which as of April 27/07 I haven't received it yet and I'm not expecting it anytime soon. I think I lost my money here...
Nobody gives me a reason for my order and it seems like nobody cares.

"BUYER BEWARE!!! ....And this is coming from someone who has never ever written a negative review! While my order did come to my home in good timing (within a week - even over the New Year holiday) and it came well packaged and in good condition, the company did not send me what I ordered. I ordered a license plate tag with a brand *logo* (picture as shown on the Amazon site, with product description stating, "You are VIEWING a...."). Instead of receiving the logoed plate, I received a completely different plate...one with the brand script on a completely different background color. I think it is extremely poor business practice to ship an item that wasn't ordered by a customer. When I finally got some decent feedback from Autobarn, they basically said that they can't exchange it because they don't have the logoed tag in stock. Wow, how cheesy - they never even had it!!! If they didn't have the exact item in stock, they should have just said so from the beginning. Honesty is the best policy! When I finally asked for a refund, the company gave me an RGA# to send it back, but were not going to pay for the return shipping. After all of this hassle (which, by the way, their site claims that they provide a "hassle free" transaction), I decided that I will just learn to like my new tag, and make sure to inform future buyers to be cautious when thinking of dealing with this company. Shame on you, Autobarn!
