The number provided has an answering service in which you will never receive a call back. We had paid extra for overnight shipping and now a week later still haven't received our product. "I ordered a small part that showed as being in stock, originally in no rush for needing it and figured it would definitely arrive within the next 8-12 days as it was in stock and the shipping method reflected that.

2 weeks went by and I started wondering where it was, checked into my emails and noticed after order confirmation there was no shipping confirmation email to follow. I emailed for a status and got a near immediate response (after 6pm PST so quite a surprise!). The response wasn't automated and the individual said they had stock and would see what happened ASAP.

No follow up nearly 24 hours late I emailed again as now it was getting to be crunch time and I had planned for needing the part on Saturday (this email was on a Wednesday). I immediately received a shipping confirmation email which confirmed my suspicions that my order fell through the cracks somehow.

There was no indication of shipping method so I was prepared for disappointment of a wasted weekend without the part but as a company they definitely pulled through, it was delivered by noon on Friday.

Mistakes happen, in hindsight I should have paid attention to whether or not I got a shipping confirmation rather than just assumed it was on it's way.

As soon as contacting them there was communication and they resolved the hiccup as quickly as possible and you can't ask for more than that! "
