They were able to get 6 to us within a few days at a better price than we were paying and they let us ship it on our own shipping account to save a few dollars on shipping. "Placed an online order with the understanding the items ordered were in stock and would ship immediately. Only received part of my order with no notification of backorder. Had to chase my other purchase. Was given a run around and no consideration for being mis-led regarding the item being in stock. I had a project with a deadline that was missed due to this. In the future I'll spend a little more somewhere else to be better taken care of. If you can wait and have no regard for customer service the prices are great. "
