"I have made purchases on multiple platforms from BStock out of the 6 auctions that I have won. Only one of the transactions was processed in a timely manner without any issues. Amazon is posting auctions that aren't necessarily available and the auctions that they choose to fulfill can take 28 days to ship. That is not beneficial for small businesses at all because it ties money up and leaves them with no products to sell hurting cash flow. Target lost whole pallets. They also should be able to process credit cards but don't."

"We bought a "scratch and dent" appliance load from Costco auctions. The condition of this merchandise specifically says "new, unused". Several of the appliances were heavily used and B Stock Support is completely worthless at helping the buyer. They only care about the sellers. If you have an alternative I would not buy from B Stock."

"The first time I tried to wire transfer money their bank sent it back minus $25. No one was ever able to tell me why. I lost out on the auction that I had won. The quality of the pallet that I eventually did get was mostly trash"

A Thomasville sectional covered in doghair and dirt. 16 floor lamps and 11 were broken or had damaged pieces. Not to mention missing pieces and very used small appliances. I am new to the business and was quite surprised that this was considered quality products."
