Helpful customer support service

"As with any other shopping experience, there is a slight chance Bstock shipments can be delayed, lost, and miscommunicated. In the most recent order placed, there was issues regarding shipping and delivery. We reached out and contacted the customer support department and we were helped by Ananda. She did a great job at listening and answering our questions, and was able to get an investigation started to find the answers we needed. She went above and beyond by referring the order to the mediation department, and giving us our case number while we wait for further details. "

terrible platform to buy

"terrible platform to buy
I have porches pallet of Costco this is not the first time
the items mark as A-B that mean the items need to be in a like new or in good condition
when I receive the pallet many items are Brocken and heavily used
and since you pay with a bank transfer you are have no guaranty for your money
the response that I receive is Costco don't accept return
we pay $5000 fro what was listed as a 15,000
the condition of this pallet we will not even breakeven total lost
we are still back and forth with BSTOCK
this platform dont give the customer any backup total lost

As a reference, the A/B condition listed on our marketplace for Costco does say, "...Costco Returns Depot conducts a visual screening, but does not test items before determining Grade. Expect that some percentage of items may be damaged, torn, missing parts, missing manuals, or otherwise incomplete/non-functional." We recommend checking out auctions listed as "Like-new" or "Used-good" for a more reliable condition. Adjusting your bids to account for potential variations in item conditions can also help.

Problem with delivery!

"The last three of my orders were delivered by the same company. I am supposed to be notified in advance of an order being delivered, an appointment is supposed to be scheduled. I was never called in advance. The last order was left after business hours. "

Junk that should have been disposed of

"I bought 3 pallets of grade a/b mini fridges, chest freezers, and air conditioners. Of the 21 items i received, 5 were functional and 2 of those had large amounts of handling damage. I had to to dispose of the non working junk. Needless to say, I lost a lot of money on this purchase and will never make that mistake again. "

As noted on our this marketplace's site, down on the bottom of the page under "Conditions", it states, Grade A/B condition means that items are visually inspected but not tested. This means that the buyer should expect some percentage of items may be damaged, torn, missing parts, missing, manuals, or otherwise incomplete/non-functional. We advise buyers to take this into account when placing bids and adjust their bid accordingly.

We recommend considering other marketplaces on our site that offer "Like-new" or "Used-good" conditions, which generally provide items in better overall shape. We also suggest reaching out to us within 5 days of receiving your items if they are not as described, as our dispute process with a mediator may help you recover some costs.

Home Goods

"We have purchased several times from B-Stock and for the most part we have been very satisfied. However, lately it seems there is less care taken to package items appropriately to prevent breakage. Laying mirrors flat and them placing floor lamps on top guarantees there will be breakage. Other pallets appear items are thrown into them, breaking small glass items and damaging others. This does not appear to be transport damage but lack of care in the original packaging of the pallets. If issues such as this persists, we will have to find other suppliers as the loss on damaged goods is more than a small business can absorb."
