"I have received 7 shipments over the last 6-7 weeks. The broken and damaged items have been very high. I have only ordered A/B products and have been very disappointed in what you call new items. A Thomasville sectional covered in doghair and dirt. 16 floor lamps and 11 were broken or had damaged pieces. Not to mention missing pieces and very used small appliances. I am new to the business and was quite surprised that this was considered quality products."

Had orders from Amazon and unilever canceled after one month and 40 days so they hold my money for that long and at the end Oh sorry loads are no longer available . Amazon is the worst to buy from they will send your order in more than one shipment 2/3 weeks apart . I think they should do something to protect the buyers too . "
