"We ordered a scratch and dent appliance load. 12 out of 38 items were not as described. They showed heavy signs of use with food and mold on the inside. 7 of the refrigerators had compressors not cooling. A mediator contacted us. Costco refused any resolution bc items were purchased scratch and dent. Not sure when heavily used items with food and mild and dishwashers with heavy use and corrosion are considered scratch and dent. Very very disappointed in Costco and Bstock. "

"I've won several auctions on BSTOCK and they allow their sellers to use the vaguest descriptions of their auctions so when you win, the seller can send you a bunch of useless junk just because the title has the words "and more" in it. Sellers are allowed to post pics of things that aren't actually in the auctions while not making a manifest available. BSTOCK with harass you and send threatening emails if your bank makes an error on a payment and will continue to harass you after you fix the issue the next day. I have not had a good time with BSTOCK but that's just me. You may think it's the best site on the web"
