"I have sold and purchased from B-stock for 4 years and have completed 1,000s of transactions. Out of all the resale sites out there, B-stock was the most efficient, personable and reliable. Their customer service is truly the best out there. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in a timely manner and I always felt that they cared about my business and wanted to help. The account managers truly care of both the sellers and buyers, any time I had questions about purchasing an auction, they were quick to respond and take care of me. When I was a seller on the site, I could see that they truly cared for the customers and were always looking to make the experience better for both parties.
I feel truly blessed to be able to see both sides of the process and I have to say that B-stock is truly an amazing company who cares deeply for each and every buyer and seller on their site. They always go above and beyond. I know many people who have tried other resales sites like myself and always returned to B-stock. There just is not anything else out there.
They have an amazing team and I truly have loved every moment of working with them, on the seller and buyer side."
"Shopping on B-Stock has been a great experience. They have many large retailers inventory, and I can buy both LTL and Truckload. "
"Thank you so much for helping me today. You answered all of my questions and did a Fantastic Job. I LOVE B-Stock!"
"This is not right! People work hard for their money. Some of us even take out loans to start such business. All items received from B-stock were faulty, worthless and not fit for purpose. This should not be happening. How do you people sleep at night? After seeing so many bad reviews, yet still you continue to trade. Prices are fake on you site and items on purchase lists are not delivered. Customers are all saying the same thing. How much can you take from this world? B-stock is scamming people out of their last pennies. Taking from the mouth of our families to fund theirs. Have a conscience and STOP!"
"Two separate orders. One listed as 44 tablets. Received 42 tablets, with the two most valuable items, clearly pictured, missing. Opened dispute. Slightly confused, as I've bought from this seller before without issue. Seller agrees to send the missing tablets. Receive package, it's 5 tablets, none of which are the missing ones. I report to the dispute arbiter. The sellers response?
"The pictures shown on the auction are for reference to give an idea as to what the buyer will be purchasing.
Being that the manifest is unspecified, we do not always send the exact models or amounts shown in the photos. "
Jaw drop. I intend to bring this up with the sellers account manager, and continue to bother b-stock customer service, until I grow tired of doing so.
Second order. Same thing. Seller doesn't have a scale so he can't give an accurate weight for the pallet. His hours are 9am to 2pm, so the LTL carrier has to repeatedly reschedule so they can meet the guy AT HIS STORAGE UNIT. Receive pallet. None of the items of value are included, it's all a bunch of random garbage. Open dispute, contact seller. He's claiming he can't pull up the pictures from the auction, therefore he's super sure he sent the correct merchandise.
Called B-Stock customer service to inquire if there's any sellers with integrity. She kindly assured they hold sellers to the strictest standards of accountability.
We'll see. I've been buying on b-stock since 2014. There's lot of shady sellers. Items for sale include: garbage advertised as "customer returns", Product drop-shipped from alibaba, open-box sold as "shelf-pulls", and much more! B-Stock has done well in advertising their service, so there's lots of noobs trying to get a taste of the action, resulting in everything getting overbid.
About a year ago, a guy sold me some Samsung headphones. Allegedly genuine. They were not. They were not even good fakes! The logo was upside down! Another guy sold me some battery chargers as new, not only were they covered in dirt, they were clearly used. And B-Stock "Auction Insurance" that arbitrates disputes? Well, I've generally gotten what I wanted, however with dirty battery charger guy, the arbiter tried to convince me that *I* was the one in the wrong.
Look, auctions are a bit wild-west, and "buyer beware", as always. Wholesale isn't retail. But blatant lying, fraud, and theft are the line that B-Stock sellers habitually cross over, and B-Stocks customer service regularly enables them.
Caveat Emptor, for real."
"Bstock has provided me with a great assortment of products for my business. Without them, my business would not have grown so much so quickly. I see there are many 1 star reviews, however, this is an AS-IS marketplace just like any other wholesaler/distributor. You must factor in that some items may be broken/damaged and some may be brand new and some items may be used. I highly recommend buying on a businesse's bstock website (like home depot, Lowe's, Meijer) because it is usually better product. Items listed on bstocksupply are for smaller retailers or individuals and sometimes the pictures may be misleading because they might picture the best items on not mention/picture the lower quality items. Be sure to look at each seller's ratings to judge whether or not you should buy from that seller. Purchase product from the sellers with a high return customer purchase rate.
Bstock is much better than other liquidation companies like liquidation.com, Bulq, and DirectLiquidation. I highly recommend giving bstock a chance and purchase from sellers with a high return customer rate."
"I ordered some wireless chargers that suppose to work with iphone X and Xs and they send me chargers that were for Iphone 4. File a claim, with and absurd answer from their dispute person. will never buy again from there. "
"I would give B-Stock Supply Zero Stars. They do not honor their buyer protection. Sellers get away with posting misleading listings and send worthless items. I won a B-Stock Supply auction of 3 pallets containing 2500 items with an original retail value stated at $75k. I won the auction for $6,700. Here are my issues with this transaction: 1. I did not receive any items that were pictured in the listing image. 2. The description did not indicate non guarantee of pictured items. Only non guarantee of stated brands. 3. Listing description mentioned factory sealed and ready for resale. But hundreds of items cannot be resold due to defective and highly degraded packaging. Packaging seals degraded, coming apart and cannot be resold. Some Items are in ziplock bags and not in original factory packaging and cannot be resold. 4. Products are severely outdated and obsolete by several years. Example, I received hundreds of iPhone 5 screen protectors and accessories. The iPhone 5 was released in 2012. 5. Some products are commercial in nature and typically not sold directly to consumers. I submitted a dispute with B-Stock and my dispute was forwarded to their 3rd party company, Auction Insurance Agency. The seller offered to refund $2000 of the $6700 indicating culpability. BStock Supply advertises a "Buyer Protection" for orders over $300 but has not followed through with this promise. The listing was grossly misrepresented, misleading, and the seller defrauded me. This seller is conducting unfair business practices and BStock DOES NOT stand by their Buyers Protection. They side only with their crooked and dishonest sellers. "
"B stock irresponsible dishonest company there is no any pattern of accuracy for sellers and sellers just selling there trash inventory B stock charge us 10% protection fees but never protect you.
They set a such criteria you cannot complain against seller.
B stock should have criteria to protect there buyers if B stock want remains in this industry. "
"If you have extra money to throw away. You will be screwed do not buy from this web. Site No buyer protection at all 10 phone 7 may need some repair. There the **** some else could not fix and you will be **** with it there grievance process is a joke 8 out of ten need Extensive repairs. I buy from China all the time no problem I trust the China more then these ****"
"I bid on 24 pallets. Paid for 24 pallets. Believed i would be receiving 24 pallets. I was sent only 19 pallets they shorted me five pallets.
They bait you into thinking you are bidding something and then after you send them the money they send you something completely different.
Fraudsters. Scam artists. Stay away from them. Keep your money. Find another liquidator. Dont buy from bstock you will only get burned."
"I was very happy with my order, the communication was clear."
"I was due to recieve my pallet on the 19th of December 2018 but failed to arrive, when as they say reached out to Bstock, Sean, Kyle, Ken all mention whey claim they have spoken to Amazon but great regret to inform me but its been marked from Amazon side as delivered? How can it be delivered if no pallet has been signed or delivered to the customer.
When asking then, namely Bstock to ask Amazon for proof of pod (proof of delivery) they dont respond. Basically its come to the point where i am filing a court case for loss of funds as its a breach of contract everyone who has been in the same situation. Please file cases too as Bstock should not be operational Fullstop. Lets get Bstock shut down"
"There description is very vague and ambiguous and when you receive the items it will be missing things and broken and when you try to tell them that it was not said in the description that they are missing things or broken it just says customer returns then they will in no shape or way help you get a refund. They will not give you your money back but scam you out of thousands. If you want to be saved from scam and headache then avoid this company at all cost. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. BEWARE "
"Not a good experience at all...
