"For the second time they canceled my order, one of them coming from America which already with the transport almost heading to the supplier's address, I was left with all the harm, for them it was as if nothing had happened, until for each canceled order by the supplier they receive a 5%. I let it pass, they took a while to return my money, there being no apology whatsoever.
Second time amazon decides to cancel my purchase and I see that this stock is in Hungary. This is a crime, if I won the bid, they cannot accept it and place the sale again. But as I've seen here in the comments and on other sites, it's a completely normal policy for this company. I've read complaints of threats by employees to customers for making complaints, mobile phones that were stolen and were offered for sale by this company, counterfeit product for sale, that is, a completely criminal conduct that we cannot as individuals in a society pass up in White.
But let's get back to my situation. After canceling my order, they haven't returned my money to this day, it's been more than four months and the excuses are endless.
Authentic theft, lack of respect, ethics and fraud are associated with this company that says we are not their customers, but negotiators, thinking that there is no legislation to combat them. But they are wrong!

"This company is not reliable company.I win a bid regarding Apple AirPods Pro. In description, it says items are return items from Costco less than 90 days. I received 58 units. Almost half of them not functional, missing parts, cables and most of them seems not returned items or mixed from somewhere. I paid almost $7000 and each one costs $120 for me. I lost $7000 for nothing. Another thing is about their bidding system it starts with very little numbers and last two hours always jumped their fake bidders to 50% or more of retail price. If you want to loss money and waste your time go for B-Stock."
"Made 1 purchase from B Stock Solutions and it will be my last. Bought 1 **** of 500 items with an approximate retail value of $19,995. I would have been lucky if it was worth 10% of that. "Won 2 auctions on 7-7-20. I paid the sameday over 7k for the lots. Several days later i get an email from a lair at the shipping company they use. Wanted to verify delivery details. Didnt hear from her till a week later after i called her office. She made it seemed like my lots where being worked on and a carrier was going to pick it up the same week and should of had it by the end of the week. I call Friday to get details and was told it wasnt pickup as of yet. Waited till the following monday and asked for an update and nothing. Next day i get an email from the liar stating is has been processed by a carrier and they will contact me for delivery. Today is 7-27 and nothing.
On 7-21, i received and email that ststing that they committed an error on the freight charges and that is going to be $300 more to get my freight. With a note stating that i should give them an update on when i will be making the payment.
On 7-22 i get another email from customer service about my other lot. Another error but this time it was about the actual items themselves. Apparently there was a mixup on the lots and they mixed my items with other items and they dont have a manifest for it. So basically they changed my items after i won the auctions.
That review from that person that wrote about customer service being on the phone till they solve the issue is a lair. The phones have been off due to covid. You wont get anyone in the phone. The only way to reach customer service is by email and they take a week to reply.
Im praying that they dont pull a fast one and try to keep my money..... "
