"if there are any issues a agent will stay on the phone until he or she makes sure you are satisfied thank you for being that kind of business. "
"I have never had a problem with my paperwork on B Stock previously, but I purchased a pallet at auction last week and have had nothing but trouble getting any response as to why the paperwork (which I've now submitted four times and has been FINE every time) is not acceptable. I've already paid and now I'm concerned that I won't get my pallet OR my money back. This will be the last time I use B Stock."
"I bought several auctions,in general they are with minor problems, there are not enough products, or boxes, or the retail of the products indicated 20 times higher, to attract customers, but the last purchase was fatal, a lot of trampolines, indicated category A, (products that can be sold) but de facto there were some trampoline parts, you can't do anything with them, to complete the lot you need 61 boxes, 60% of the trampoline set is missing, de facto there are only 31 boxes, which must thrown in the trash, do not buy on this platform."
"Great products on bstock. Good healthy bidding. Fantastic outcome!"
"I am international buyer,
Buying with b-stock the payment system is a nightmare, I personally barely buy from them, last time I bought for 3000$ and the goods were not in the expected conditions, they sent my claim I had to fine away to deal with the idems regardless, when ever I have to pay evendo they have bank if America account like I do, I still have to make a 30$ wire transfer, when I could just simply drop the money on their account. The don't take more 350$ PayPal payment, that's ridiculous."
"I won 2 auctions, I received the 1st one. Items did not match the pictures listed. Home decor that showed retail for over $200, did match and looked like a kindergarten art project. Hope my other pallets are better or I won’t buy again."
"Excellent service by all standard, one of the best bidding site so far, we need more from BSTOCK, faithful customers need stimulus package from BSTOCK, like promotional code etc. Thanks for the chance given to express myself "
"Hi,
I own 6 furniture clearance stores in Ireland. I could easily purchase a full load or two each week through B-Stock for export to Ireland. The price of the stock seems reasonable however, the price for a full load delivered to Ireland is just under £3k... I have been told by B-Stock that I have to use their haulage company. The problem with this is that the rate for haulage from Leicestershire to Ireland is £1,050 so it is almost 2000 pounds dearer using your operator. This means that it is not viable for me to purchase product from you. If I could use my own transport company I would be a regular customer.

"I was recently scammed by a seller on Bstock and Bstock refused to allow a return of the over appraised "heavily damaged" items sent to us. The Seller by the name of "Red Fox Transportation'' sold us a couple of headphones which, on the picture display, were displayed in the box. Now knowing, this is due to hiding the actual condition of the item. As a buyer, we trust that companies do business with integrity. Unfortunately, Red Fox Group and Bstock do not abide by this. After we purchased the items, we asked the seller to provide us with more information regarding shipping time, cost , more pictures of the items etc... to which we only received a response back of "why?" It was at this point where we contacted Bstock. We specifically asked Bstock what they will do in regards to these issues if the seller does not send us the product as displayed or in worse condition than mentioned. We felt this was the right thing to ask as we started feeling very uncomfortable with the sellers responses to us and lack of transparency. A representative of Bstock by the name of Timothy messaged us after we addressed some of our concerns regarding the products. We asked several questions as far as what they would do if the items received were excessively damaged, or not as described. As mentioned by timothy, He stated: " If you bid on an auction, and when its delivered its either excessively damaged, missing, or not as described, we can definitely step in and assist." We trusted his word. Upon receiving the items, we of course received the items NOT as described. The wireless speakers were in several terrible conditions including "burnt" as if sitting in the sun for a long period of time. Headphones had ear pieces ripped out, bait and switch of items occurred which the seller did NOT send us the items that had the Highest value but instead, sent us a low valued item as a replacement. We then contacted Bstock regarding this issue which they then referred us over to their online auction insurance agency. We moved forward with filing a claim and as we expected, they only offered a refund of 10% of the auction value for 2 pieces they assumed were the only issue. Since the seller put on the auction that the items were in "refurbished" condition. Bstock gave him the right to send items that were heavily damaged with puncture holes on the speakers and a burnt outer layer. The insurance agency Bstock works closely with the Auction Insurance Agency and did nothing to see the value of the items that were damaged, but rather, valued them the same as all the other pieces in the auction. Therefore, they only offered less than 10% of what we paid for the entire lot back to us. We declined as we felt this was not a proper evaluation, and in return, the agent working with us by the name of Carter Hancock began pestering us to sign the paperwork to receive our undervalued insurance claim and was no longer responding to our emails, but rather continuing to tell us "please sign this or I will close you claim". At this point, We did NOT want to work with AIA so we contacted Bstocks customer service for more help, and of course we did not get it. Holly messaged us futher defending the seller by stating that the seller since they placed "refurbished" on the auction can pretty much send us crap and get away with it AND told us to go kick rocks since we dont want to take the undervalued appraisal from the insurance agency :
"I'm sorry to hear that you do not feel that AIA is treating your case fairly. From the dispute notes, I see that they offered to cover a partial refund and you refused it, and also did not return the release the deadline, so they closed the case. I also see that you were disputing the items due to cosmetic issues, however, the Refurbished condition description clearly states that items may have cosmetic issues."
"Unfortunately, B-Stock is not able to alter or reverse a decision made by AIA. I would encourage you to continue your communication directly with them if you feel that they should review the case again."
At this point, legal action must be taken since these companies have built a wall of unjust options for the buyer. These companies including Bstock to not care about their buyer. I would recommend staying far away from this company and take your business somewhere else like liquidation.com (which we have had way better service than Bstock)
Buyer Beware!

"After many email requests, it was not possible to figure out, who the carrier is and where the shipment stuck. No access to Amazon or the carrier. After two weeks, I'm still waiting. "
"usually very slow on shipping. Expected pay from customer is 3 days, shipping is sometimes weeks out. Should be equal. Other than that all is good."
"The website isn't easy and the sellers wouldn't respond in a reasonable time manner or they don't respond at all. The communication between the buyer and the seller should be more straightforward and more accessible. "
"Bid on 5600 of what seller called units of disposable face masks. In the representation seller was holding a box of masks, never an individual mask to represent a unit. Seller represented the face masks as having a retail value of $11,200. So naturally at that price at an auction one would believe this to be boxes of masks, not individuals. Today I was watching another auction for masks. Seller indicates retail for his masks is $32,000. Before I chose to bid on this auction I messaged the seller and he said this is for 3000 individual masks, not boxes of masks. This is simply fraudulent. You must take care to make sure your sight is represented by reputable sellers and that the sellers must be held accountable. My second experience I am not sure of because seller has not shipped my product that I paid for 6 business days ago. Will wait and see on this one.

"They do not accept credit cards, and have imposed a limit on PayPal transactions of $1,000 when PayPal actually accepts payments of $10,000. They also were not willing to accommodate my business' payment needs. They prefer wire transfers, or they want you to apply for financing through one of their financing partners (probably make commission by referring customers to their financing partners). Not only that, but my PayPal transaction was successfully sent in order to pay for my items, but they sent it back (via refund), and are now accusing me of not having made a payment at all. I spoke to chat, and they were not willing to make an exception, they make up rules (company policies that do not make any sense) as they go along, and are imposing a penalty fee on my account for not having paid. It is beyond frustrating to deal with this company & they are unfair."
