There’s no way I will ever see my money or this inventory-I cannot get in touch with anyone at AIA (dispute resolution/insurance) or B Stock. Total scam-wire fraud and internet fraud."

They love to make excuses and sit on your money when something goes wrong ( which it usually does). I have NEVER seen a bunch of crooks like these criminals!!!!!!"

However after I won a couple of Auctions I inquired how I could have the delivery fee is waived and pick up the product myself I am still awaiting a response more than 2 days later. I have not paid for my winnings and have not picked them up because I have not gotten a response.

"B stock openly supports its sellers in unloading worthless product that doesn't function in any productive manner. big shock here, buy crap, address crap with "customer service" and you get passed off to an insurance company...the only thing ensured here is that the customer is never right! After interacting with the world's most capable insurance analyst,/claim investigator and the demands made towards buyers not sellers, it became wildly apparent that payment complete = who cares! "Won 2 auctions on 7-7-20. I paid the sameday over 7k for the lots. Several days later i get an email from a lair at the shipping company they use. Wanted to verify delivery details. Didnt hear from her till a week later after i called her office. She made it seemed like my lots where being worked on and a carrier was going to pick it up the same week and should of had it by the end of the week. I call Friday to get details and was told it wasnt pickup as of yet. Waited till the following monday and asked for an update and nothing. Next day i get an email from the liar stating is has been processed by a carrier and they will contact me for delivery. Today is 7-27 and nothing.
On 7-21, i received and email that ststing that they committed an error on the freight charges and that is going to be $300 more to get my freight. With a note stating that i should give them an update on when i will be making the payment.
On 7-22 i get another email from customer service about my other lot. Another error but this time it was about the actual items themselves. Apparently there was a mixup on the lots and they mixed my items with other items and they dont have a manifest for it. So basically they changed my items after i won the auctions.
That review from that person that wrote about customer service being on the phone till they solve the issue is a lair. The phones have been off due to covid. You wont get anyone in the phone. The only way to reach customer service is by email and they take a week to reply.
Im praying that they dont pull a fast one and try to keep my money..... "

"I have never had a problem with my paperwork on B Stock previously, but I purchased a pallet at auction last week and have had nothing but trouble getting any response as to why the paperwork (which I've now submitted four times and has been FINE every time) is not acceptable. I've already paid and now I'm concerned that I won't get my pallet OR my money back. This will be the last time I use B Stock."
"I bought several auctions,in general they are with minor problems, there are not enough products, or boxes, or the retail of the products indicated 20 times higher, to attract customers, but the last purchase was fatal, a lot of trampolines, indicated category A, (products that can be sold) but de facto there were some trampoline parts, you can't do anything with them, to complete the lot you need 61 boxes, 60% of the trampoline set is missing, de facto there are only 31 boxes, which must thrown in the trash, do not buy on this platform."

Buying with b-stock the payment system is a nightmare, I personally barely buy from them, last time I bought for 3000$ and the goods were not in the expected conditions, they sent my claim I had to fine away to deal with the idems regardless, when ever I have to pay evendo they have bank if America account like I do, I still have to make a 30$ wire transfer, when I could just simply drop the money on their account. The don't take more 350$ PayPal payment, that's ridiculous."
