"Expect a phone call everytime you order from them. They will try to sell you something else or tell you your part is on backorder, but you can upgrade for more money. If you tell them no they will say the upgrade is no charge because its their fault, but then charge you for the upgrade anyway. Stay away from this company."

"They add charges to everything. If your product arives dead you're pretty well screwed. They hold your part for ransom - threatening to charge you if your part passes their test and they charge you to bypass their testing. The whole will holding a part you have paid for. Their process takes months. I ordered the part 12-2-03 and it is now 1-20-04 and I still don't have a what I paid for. I will never buy from them again.

CEO called me. He was not happy at the way my ordered had been handled and promised a full refund on the defective parts. I will try them again.

"WARNING: High pressure sales - SLOOOW shipping. First, you place your order, then instead of processing and shipping it they have someone CALL YOU AT HOME and try to PUSH you into buying things you don't want and don't need. Then after you DECLINE and ask them to ship the order NOW they send you an email telling you THEY WON'T HONOR THE WARRANTY AND WON'T GIVE YOU AN RMA UNLESS YOU ***PAY THEM*** for an extended warranty.

If you can afford it, spend a little extra money and buy from a reputable company.

"Ordered 2 Asrock Motherboards, paid for 2 day shipping on 12/16/03. Ordered delivered on 12/29/03. Recieved 2 Motherboards allright, GENERIC MOBOSTAR, not Asrock. Lets disect this, 2 day delivery fees got me 2 generic motherboards i did not order in 13 days. Miracles never cease! Will never purchase from them and recommend they close shop, regroup, then try it again, or, simply close shop!"

"I ordered December 27, 2003 . . . got a call the same day asking if I wanted to upgrade the warranty, I declined. I got an email on January 6, 2004 stating the same warranty issue, so I called and requested immediate shippment, they tell me it's backordered... I canceled my order, and will never deal with them again."

"Never again! Scam. They make their money on RMA. They ship defective products. The mother board I got was supposed to be new retail box, but seal on electrostatic bag was broken upon receipt and I did not request pretesting. I received a bad board. Upon my return to their RMA they hold your merchandise for a long time unless you pay a "ransom" to get it shipped "immediately". The only thing they do immediately is charge your card (where they also increase your shipping charges 5 times the original shipping charge plus they also add a "handling charge". I will call BBBureau. They charge CC then ship weeks later. Fraud! They never return any emails. If you call they transfer you to an invalid line. No one understands English. I have been buying on line now for three years and this is the FIRST company that I have had any problems with. I should have read the reviews posted on web before buying from them - I will know better next time. It is companies like this that give on-line shopping a bad name and we all should boycott ripoff artists like them."

"I am submitting a followup to an earlier comment made about this vendor. I will give them another chance as their Qualtiy Manager (new) gave ma a call.
Julie was sincere in her statements about how bad she knew the service was. and that they are reworking the sales and fulfillment of orders to improve customer relations.
THey didn't give me anything for reposting, I will try them again and I guarantee I will followup woth another comment here.

"Horrible, horrible, horrible! I placed two orders myself, and had a friend place one as well for me, and each time they called with a "special offer" that was something I didn't want and was higher priced. They delayed my order for two weeks and they eventually cancelled it stating it was a "auto-verification problem with my credit card". They tried to say it was MY fault!! They either did not have the boards, or didn't want to sell them for the price advertised on Pricewatch. I specifically called them to verify they had the board, and they said they had it in stock. They would never give me info on why my credit cards (I used two different cards) wouldn't work. After this painful process I went to PC Rapids and had the same problem. I've heard that these two companies are actually the same business. I'd recommend Infinity Systems Plus, Inc. My credit card worked just fine there, and will continue to do so."

"Paid extra for testing, paid extra for platinum shipping. Received emails documenting every part of the process. (I guess in the effort to document they didn't think to test it or ship it. It finally arrived 13 days later DOA. After a big hassle getting an RMA for repair / exchange the documenting stopped. After 2 emails requesting an update no reply. It is now 12/14/2003. Hopefully they'll grace me with an update as to where my order is tomorrow. Maybe it is even shipped!!! You think? Anticipating that I'll probably get the same shorted out mobo back I already ordered another mobo. But I still need the CPU. (I ordered a Celeron 2000 MHz CPU/mobo combo). Learned a lesson with this one alright.
12/15/2003 33 days still no reply of any kind.
12/16/2003 Still no word (Except for the automated reply stating "if" a reply is warranted! And there appears to be a unauthorized $15.00 charge from BZboyz.com on my card. No idea how or why but that's stealing! I have reported Bzoyz.com to the BBB but I didn't know about the theft until today. But still no replys to my requests for status and no shipment as of yet. Order date was 11/13/2003. RMA date was 12/01/2003.
12/17/2003 I got a response!!! They said they wereout of the cpu and just waiting. Still don't know when it will ship or why they charged an unauthorized $15.00. Buy my bank reversed that. In doing so it also cancels my card. Bad time a year for that! I'll keep you posted...

12/19/2003 They shipped!!! On the 17th I recieved a shipping notification. I have high hopes this combo will work. I'll let you know.

12/23/2003 Well I was right about one thing. They sent the same shorted out board back. I can tell fromm some of the markings I put there. And a jumper I pulled instead of sticking it on just 1 pin. At least I have another board coming. Now I hope the cpu is ok or I lost $125.00 for nothing. As it is it's a lot to pay for a 2 GHz celeron. I wouldn't shop with this group if it was the last place in earth. Check with the BBB there three different stores.
The only defence I can think of isn't fair to new stores. But I will only order from stores with a rating of 8.5 and above.
