"OMG I must say this is one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. After working my way through the myriad of crap they added on I was finally able to place the order. I received my email that the order was placed and all was fine. 3 days later I receive a Phone call when I was in class. Seems the processor was not in stock (Funny huh!?). They tried to sell me an upgrade right then and there. I almost went for that until the idiot on the other side said "Also the MB you purchased was an OEM, and I have one here that is much better then the one you purchased" And launched into a sales pitch about it. 15 minutes later, afte I had ripped both him and his manager a new one I canceled my order. it took another 3 days for them to cancel the order and release the payment on my CC. I will NEVER purchase from them again. "

"I ordered a retail motherboard combo from their website. However, minutes later I recevied call from BZBoys asking more money for retail motherboard. Their website uses false advertisements and deceptive means to get you order something then they use their extremely dumb sales rep to read some scripts to confuse you into paying more for what you already oredered. Not recomended at alll."

"I entered a code they offered for free shipping promotion on their website and on my final invoice. Without my consent, they upgraded my shipping, voided the coupon, and charged my card $12 more than what I had authorized. After numerous conversations with several of the staff, they offered me a discount they would apply after I placed my next order. They listed a good price on pricewatch for a processor and so I purchased it and asked for my discount. They charged $9 more than what they listed on pricewatch, and said the markup was because the price they listed was at cost and they needed to make a profit. They were hesitant throughout several conversations to refund me the difference, not to speak of the discount they had earlier promised, which I eventually gave up on. Beware of their practice of tagging on a few extra dollars hoping to sneak away. By sending customers through their endless customer service "loop", the effort just isn't worth the hassle. It's why the horrid return/replacement score. They hate giving refunds."

"Order arrived faster than expected.Websight was well organized and was easy to use.11-17-03 Order had a bad processor so returned for RMA. Chose there option 3 witch states Product to be exchanged at no cost.They charged my credit card 10.00 for shipping.

Disreputable Company: I purchased a Mother Board and Processors initially. When I discovered the MB was defective I requested a replacement and RMA. I called and asked if I could purchase a replacement in advance to avoid not having a computer(they would not send one until the defective board was returned and tested). They agreed to send one but charged me unwanted shipping fees and will not refund me the full amount(by close to $100.00). I'm forced to dispute the charges through the credit card company.

Very difficult to communicate due to poor english skills and apparent poor comunication among company departments.

"BZBoyz has a great online store, with excellent prices on motherboard/cpu combos. All the items are always packed good, in working condition. Sometimes they switch parts for slightly different ones if they are out of stock. For example when I ordered a KD7-A, I got a KD7-S or something like that. I don't mind it because the parts are nearly duplicate. When I orered the 2 Year Warranty, all I got was a receipt of payment and 2 very small item stickers that I was told to keep. I would recommend that they create an actual warrenty certificate with item numbers included on it. Overall I would would give this company a 8 out of 10."
