"Week after I order the parts I was notified the parts are on backorder. I should have been notified before I made the purchase. Then when calling to determine when my parts would arrive because I was going on vacation I did not want the parts sitting outside on my doorstep to get stolen they were unable to give me even an approximation of when I should receive them. Also customer service representatives were very rude and did not seem to be helpful at all they do not appreciate their customers whatsoever. The whole experience was babbitts was extremely disappointing I will never deal with them again."

"was refered to babbits on line by a friend, was looking to order the right rear box for my 2016 rzr xp, they had it in stock and the price was in line with everyone else, tryed to order on line got done to the shipping and they wanted 150$ to ship a 16# item, i even called them and asked about the high cost of shipping and she said it has to go on a semi and that was the price!!! ended up ordering it from motosport for 4 dollors cheaper and got free shipping!!!! was going to be 349.00 from babbits, ended up paying 209.00 from motosport, WATCH THE SHIPPING FROM BABBITS!!"

"Ordered all new atv plastics on 4/27/18. Received a fedEx tracking # very quickly - but it has never shipped. Multiple calls and emails all end with the same response: It's shipping tomorrow and you should be able to track it. It is now 5/16/18 ... still no plastics, tracking still shows nothing, and their customer service department keeps saying it will ship tomorrow. Terrible experience!!"
"Ordered 19 items on 9th March 2018 had trouble entering credit card details numbers kept doubling up eventually completed payment received email confirmation order had been placed. Received another email a couple of days later informing 2 of my items would be on back order received another email 29th March telling me my 19 items "showed order list" would be dispatched, delivery was made 4th April to my surprise on seeing the small box on the front door step it couldn't hold 19 items on opening box there was 1 small item inside a tank strap!! which was 1 of the items on back order? You would have thought the items they had in stock would have been delivered before back order items??? Emailed Babbits informing them that only 1 item had been delivered and where was my other 18 items received email telling me same item would delivered tomorrow believe that!!! no mention of when the balance of my order would be delivered checked Fedx tracking number no other packages to be delivered on that number. Emailed babbits twice more asking them when balance of my order would be dispatched still awaiting reply somehow I don,t think I will see one. Thought I would try to contact them by phone called numerous times unfortunately nobody answers the phone either whats going on Babbits???"
"I was trying to order online. all went well until I confirmed the order, they did not want to accept my VISA card. I called the service to check what was wrong. I was told to send a photo of my ID with the VISA card to prove it was me. I did, but still they did not want to ship the order. just said "sorry for the inconvenience".

"I was taking a short trip the United States and needed to get some parts for my quad. I called three times before I left to be sure my order would arrive on time, and I was told in three separate calls that the order would be at my hotel by Tuesday, my last day. The first call I was reassured that it would definitely be there by then. The second call repeated that assurance. On the third call, they told me that there had been "an unexpected delay," and it wouldn't arrive until Wednesday, but after escalating to a supervisor, they changed the shipping to overnight and told me it would absolutely be there in time.
Tuesday came and went. No package. I called Babbitt's as soon as it opened and was told that the package was supposed to have been sent out by an employee, but somebody messed up, and it was still awaiting shipment (so it wasn't even in progress!!)
Truly an awful experience. Don't buy from them. Buy elsewhere."
