I was even told twice that the parts had been reordered but when I call back no record of that either. Very disorganized. Will never buy from them again."
"I ordered a part on line, and as I was looking at the diagram I chose what appeared to be the correct part. The item arrived quickly, but turned out to be the wrong item. I looked at the diagram and the item# and they where correct, but the item and what was pictured on the diagram where not correct. I called to return the item and get the correct one and they refused to return it because it was "electrical," and they have a no returm policy on electrical stuff. I told them that the picture was misidentified and they still refused to return the item. I would be very caucious ordering from this place, and would only do it over the telephone, because THEY said that had i CALLED and spoke with them that the correct item would have been shipped. "
"THe second time I have ordered from this company. 1st time parts were received timely however the neoprene seal was so old it would not come away from the paper without tearing. 2nd time did not receive the items ordered although credit card was charged. Cannot get much help from customer service. Hard to reach but when I did they were going to send me the parts again - DID NOT. After followup they agreed to file a claim with UPS and I would hear something in 7-10 days but no parts on the way!!"
"I have purchased many things from Babbits, and never had to return anything, so I thought I liked them. I purchased a bag for the back of my bike, with the assumption that I would be able to return it if it didn't fit properly. The bag didn't fit properly, so I was going to return it to purchase a different bag. I got an RMA number from them, and returned the bag. They called me a month after receiving the RMA and said that the original packaging was not included (there was a plastic bad that it had originally shipped in). I, of course, didn't still have the plastic bag. So because I didn't have the original plastic bag, they refused to take the return. I asked to speak to a manager, and NO ONE ever called me back. Finally my wife called them to ask what the status of the return was (2 months now) and they told her that I said they 'could just keep it'!! Sure, just take my $100 and don't give me anything for it! Don't trust them, and don't shop there."

"Babbitt's put my part on back order without telling me. I had to find out two weeks later after calling, being put on hold, and then asking why I didn't receive a tracking number. I didn't see my part for a month.
Three or four weeks after placing my order, a third party called me with an offer for a strange partner program claiming a merchant that I had shopped with online gave them my information. This included my name, address, cell phone number, and credit card number. I traced this back to Babbitt's.
The part I received is fine, but I will never do business with Babbitt's again. I would never, under any circumstances, recommend them to anyone."
