"Ordered parts from this website they said everything was in stock, a week and a half later I received a email that the parts would be shipped in about 5 days. I called a couple days after the 5 days and tried to cancel and was told they already shipped, which was a lie they never went out for another two days. I ordered the same items from elsewhere and already had them by the time these showed up so I wouldn't accept them, when I checked my refund they charged me 25% restocking fee. I will never buy from these crooks again and I hope no one else does either, they deserve to go out of business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. CROOKS!!!!"
"Ordered a part over two weeks ago. I called the following tuesday to see if part had arrived since they hadnt called me as I requested. I was told that yes it did arrive and I could come pick it up. I called the following day to let them know I would be picking the part up that day and asked if they would pull it out and have it ready so as to not hold anyone up at the end of the day because it was a 65 mile drive each way. I called again 25 mins before their closing time to let them know I was almost there and assure them I was coming. As I got to with in 3 miles of their store my phone rings and its someone from Babbitts telling my they cant find my freakin part! So I have to turn around and drive 65 miles back for nothing! Now the worst part about this is that its been two weeks. I havent received a phone call apologizing, I havent received a phone call saying I found your part..I havent even received a call saying hey we are refunding your money! .I havent received anything except 100% reassurance that I will NEVER!!!! shop here again. "Received wrong order and have been trying to contact them for over 2 WEEKS! I have emailed them I don't know how many times with no response from anybody there! I am wanting to return my order to get the right order and nobody answers the dam phone and they do they always transfer me in which i leave a message because nobody ever picks up! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them because I wouldn't have ever ordered! My son can't even fix his four wheeler because of this!! If I ever get this fixed I will never ever order from this place again! Worst customer service ever! If I could rate them as a "0", that would be my rating! "we are in Australia, we ordered the parts & had no issue whats so ever - sent email for tracking - they sent tracking no the very next day - so helpful - order was sent on a Monday & we receive items on thursday - took 4 days to get from the USA to Aust - we saved so much money - Cause in Aust they cost triple the amount - parts all fitted n bike is back on the road again - After readng reviews i almost thought this is going to be never ending - but we didnt have a problem, couldnt ask for better service if we tried "
"Worst experience ever. Nothing in stock, over priced shipping when places like BIKEBANDIT are free with orders over $99. Then, even with nothing in stock, you cannot cancel an order without them screwing you over for a 25% restocking fee. Low price guarantee, think again. They do not honor that if you have found a lower price while all your 5hit is still on backorder."

"May 9th, Received a Call from Shane from Babbitts. Stated this should have been handled better. Hopefully a process will be considered to put a matter such as this before him before reaching this point. Things happen.
Incorrect Part Arrived after waiting 15 days. Was told to place package outside for return shipment the next day. Four days after putting the package outside and bringing in it back in each day, I called once again 8th in the que. Took pictures and sent incorrect part to customer service. 30 days later, three phone calls (10 minutes on hold each) I still don't have the part. Absolutely Horrible. Order Locally, spend a few dollars more, and don't deal with on online "phone bank" I did not order online for the price savings I ordered for convenience. That did not work. Do not Order from this company. "
"This the absolute worst company that we have ever ordered from!! product came 2 months late! had to return and it was next to impossible! they add all kind of up charges for no reason! Could never talk to anyone who was a responsible employee ended up having to call our credit card company to get our refund and then had to cancel card and get new so this horrible company would not have our info! They did not ship my order complete and refuse to send me an RMA for the part I did receive. Do not expect to be emailed back by this company. "
"Pretty much like everyone else here, I WISH I had looked them up prior to placing an order with them. I ordered a bunch of parts from them on Feb 22 and was told I could expect it by Mar 4-6. When I finally got a tracking number (and I only got one because I am registered with UPS and they notify me when something is submitted to be delivered to me) it says it isn't scheduled to arrive until Mar 7... Ok, a day past promised date, I can live with that. So the package shows up at the last minute on Friday, March 7th (damn UPS) and they pull out this single box that if it contained a Rotor, it was meant for a tricycle, not my Ninja. Sure enough, just like so many other reviews here, they put me on backorder without telling or even consulting me regarding it despite the explicit indication on their website that: ";Should an item be delayed, you will be notified immediately following your order, by e-mail, or by a return phone call of the expected shipping date." After a near eternity on hold with customer support (14 people ahead of me) I finally got through to a guy (who you cant help but feel sorry for) who checked on my rotor and as it turns out they ordered the rotor from kawasaki but screwed up the order so they had to reorder it and figured they would just send the rest of the order ahead. (so the bolts, ring, and pad can all sit here looking pretty while waiting for the actual rotor they go on) And the reason I wasn't notified? The fulfillment team didn't tell the customer service people to contact me (and probably the 14 people ahead of me)..."
"I bought V-belt and weights from Babbitt's online for my Yamaha Majesty. I got v-belt in 10 days but I've been waiting for weights for almost two weeks now. They never even told me that weights' shipping will be delayed. They charged me almost 17 dollars for shipping but they didn't satisfy me with shipping at all. Moreover, they do not even send you a track number you have to call them about shipping status, but every time you call them you have to wait for about 15 minutes until somebody answers. I wish I bought parts from a local dealer. More money but better service..."
"I ordered 1100.00 inparts to rebiuld my rhino set everything up to do the rebuild based on babbits delivery. The delivery came 8 days later missing the major part of the order.When i finally got ahold of Babbits they knew They didnt have the part. They put my project behind by 9 days now.A simple phone call or an email letting me no they didnt the part would have been the right thing to do so i could make other arrangements.All other emails have gone with no response.There is no reason to use this company when there are so many on the internet they know they have at least 25% of your money thru restocking fees so thet give a bleep about the customer. "Ordered a windshield for my Polaris Ranger... waited 15 days, before I called on the status of my order..I was told that the shipping was another $100.00 more than my original quote. When I asked them if my part was in stock, I was told no. They never ordered my part..Another bogus internet business. !! I emailed them on another part,and was never mailed back.. Lousy customer service.. I'll now buy local! The total order that I was going to give to them totaled over $1300.00... Glad I cancelled."
"The parts arrive 100% just fine without problems. However, the shipping is slow! I quoted UPS in a box similar to the parts that I have ordered, around the same price range as babbits quoted me. However, UPS says it will arrive 4 days guaranteed from the city in which Babbitts is located. Babbitts quotes me for a MINIMUM 10 days, and that is how long it took. I don't mind paying the shipping, but I don't think you should be allowed to charge that much for something when you delay it an extra 6 days after the order was placed. I spend 20$ in shipping for a $50 order and for paying that, I expect it 4-5 business days AFTER the order was placed, not an extra week or two.
That being said, I will always check another etailer for parts before I use Babbitts as my last resort. I typically get parts elsewhere for 50%[or more] less than what Babbitts lists them for, and I get FREE 3-5 day shipping, instead of paying for 10-15 day shipping, which is expensive apparently.
Otherwise I have no complaints about pricing or parts.. only if they could just fix their shipping issues."
