"Talk about bad service!!! I read a review and it was identical to my problem with them. if they send a defective product they make you wait and wait and wait some more send pics 1-2-3-4 times or more the rep says "I cant find them" then says the pics were showed no broken part. what lies! Asked them to send a new plane and they refused. They want me to fix the new plane

All you need to do Bailey is look to see what CC s were
issued a stop payment . but honestly I have spent about 5 hrs trying to talk with your company and it has gone nowhere.
Im sure you have tons of e-mail with complaints and it may be time to look into each one. I see you only made it to January 6 so far. When I called your phone was disconnected as for the invoice # that would just waist more of my time. send a phone # that is not disconnected and one that I don't have to wait 3 hrs and I will call you only if you agree to send out a new plane. I will not take tons of pics and send them so you can see if I'm a lire.I have sent over 15 pictures to you and you acknowledged getting them. then your rep. said you don't have pics .send out the new plane and I will call the CC company to release the charges.
By the way thanks for ruining my sons Christmas with your junky plane.
I will pursue my claim with the credit card company and get them to expedite it.

"How Frustrating! This company could care less about its customers. They sent defective parts and I sent pictures for parts replacement and can't get them on the phone or for an online chat. They really do not care once the sale has been made. I have been fighting this for 4 weeks now! I should have put it together immediately and not waited for my son to be surprised on Christmas. "I received a reply from Bailey regarding my displeasure with this company. My complaint was that a ready to fly airplane should mean just that. It should'nt take 2+ hours to assemble. Bailey the rep should view the videos attached to the RC purchased. Even the video states that you'll be flying in a few minutes. Bailey never addressed the non existant customer service which was the bulk of my complaint. I left messages and emails for the company to contact me. THEY DIDN'T. When you call during normal business hours, the recording says they're closed and this wasn't during the week that they were closed during the holidays. Who closes for a week or more during the holidays when that's the time that your customers need the most support. Now in the last few days when you call the number, YOU ARE DISCONNECTED! There is a reason that the majority of complaints about this company is the lack of customer service. I urge all potential buyers to read the reviews before you purchase. Why hasn't Bailey the rep addressed the customer service issues? Again, read the reviews. Every customer that complained about their customer service got a reply about their inferior product but no mention of why they don't answer their phones or emails until a negative review is posted on line. The local hobby store near my house has been in business 27 years. Even they told me not to do business from Banna Hobby. I should have listened. "
"I tested Banana Hobby by sending a couple questions by email and even calling them well no email was returned and ya best have unlimited phone minutes. I gave them a try without my money. the BBB rates them as a Failure how much more can be said. Seem as if the RC on line stores are killing themselves and the hobby as well.

"THIS COMPANY SUCKS! I don't know how they are still in business! I ordered a plane and it arrived broken. When I called they said the only way to get a return was to send them photos in an email. I sent an email and never hear back. I have since sent two more emails to which neither have been returned. This is a horrible company! I wish I would have thought to read reviews before ordering from them! Now all I have is a broken plane from over seas, which you can't even get replacement parts for in the states. So now I just have a 200.00 broken plane in a box! Once again, don't by from Banana hobby!"
"Product (RC helicopter) was defective upon receipt. Online customer service, emails, hours on the phone...no help whatsoever. These people never intended to stand behind their warranty or correct the problem. They simply ask meaningless questions and make you jump through tedius and meaningless hoops over and over and over, placing you on hold over and over and over, until you give up. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE...THEY ARE FRAUDS!"

"I received a RC boat from these clowns. Prop shaft was not long enough and Banahobby deemed it a defective product and sent me a new one. The process I had to go through to get this done was: 50(literally) phone calls. About 45 of them got a busy tone and on the five that got through, I spent roughly 1-1/2 hours on hold. 10 emails sending back and forth with pictures. I finally received the replacement boat and surprise surprise: 1.) The decals look like a 3rd grader put them on(crooked, bubbles) 2.)The nipples that hold the shaft fall out after 15 seconds of running 3.) The holes weren’t aligned for the flag stick(would have to drill an extra hole) Called customer service again only to speak with a female who basically didn’t even know how a RC boat operates, more wasted time then I was disconnected while she checked with a technician. I have disputed the charge so now they will have Chase on their a**.
Bailey-your company sucks and you should find somewhere else to work because these guys will go out of business(I hope). Worst online purchase/experience I have ever made. How about a new slogan for your website: Banana Hobby- we will f*** you in the a** with this Banana.

"I had placed an order for a Contra RC Helicopter 2.4ghz. I received on time for Christmas, but with missing part and broken pieces. (Couldn’t call because they close for Christmas until January 2nd ). After waiting for they to open in January, They asked me to wait a call from a technician. Going over a few things with the technician asking stupid questions I figured out they just want to gain time. Later on requested for pictures that I sent and have to resend a couple of time. Even though I sent the picture they do not call back or send the RMA, after multiple calls the customer service lady informed me that she will request the revision of the pictures by a technician that takes approximately 3 days and after that they can send the RMA instructions. As a today I still have not received the RMA yet. I was going to ask for a replacement but decided to go to a full refund as I don’t want to go over this tedious process again in case it come back wrong again. "Inoperable product right out of the box. They do not answer the phone. They do not respond to emails. Live chat, if you can get it, is excruciatingly slow and reps are deceptive and give you the run-around. They apparently have no intention of honoring the policies listed on their web landing page! These guys are horrible business people and could even be considered criminal based upon what you see on the Internet and at the BBB. If I could rate them in "negative numbers" , I would! " I orderd a tank for my nephew for Christmas and recieved it broken and did not run on Dec. 23. I have made seveal attempts to contact them with no response. E-mail photos of damaged tank and seveal emails. I had to buy another toy for my nephew.
