Also, bolts holding motor to aircraft were very loose, and instructions are very poor. R/C Flight simulator DVD is very poor, and though the Aircraft is well worth the money, I would recommend skipping this simulator."

"Products good, shipping very slow and relatively expensive, customer service via online chat an absolute nightmare and very tedious over phone. Parts constantly sold out and wrong replacement parts shipped, then customer has to prove (no kidding) that they got the wrong part. Replacement shipments can take several weeks, if they arrive at all. Overall very disappointed with getting replacement parts but bought their own brand and cannot get parts anywhere else. Will have to stick with them for this heli, but bought my next one at a different vendor. Let's see what the experience there is, at least they shipped the next day."

"I recently bought three Syma rc helis from Bananahobby.com. I was invoiced for the three, but they did not have them all in stock. However, they were professional enough and offered me choices to cancel, modify or wait. I chose to modify and get the two in stock items in time for holidays. Initially, there was panic and I was getting nervous about getting the helis in time for gift giving. But their online chat provided the assurance and they rushed my items by two day air to make sure that I will get my gifts on time! I would certainly give them top rating for this delivery!
Having said that, and this review is for future resolution, I would like to add a few more thoughts. Having posted their online lowest price guarantee; when I contacted them online about it and requested that they match price at a competitor, I was constantly declined with we do not price match at this time. Then why have that misleading policy online staring right at us?
And regards to invoicing, my order went through and there was no "not in stock" warning. I had to call BH again to get refund for item not shipped after seeing my credit card invoice. Although, BH handled the issue in timely and professional manner given the hectic Holidays season, I would be expecting BH to be more proactive and not have to deal with this issue myself!
Also, regarding parts replacement; their listings could improve a lot; at least that's my view as they do not list Syma S032 or 033 and only way out is to email their parts dept!
I have received the items in excellent condition and made nice Holiday gifts
