I am very pleased with my purchase of a Dyson DC25 Animal.
It is purple, it has a ball, and it rolls really well around all corners of my Condo.
It sucks, the carpet off the mat, and does not beat the dirt into the pad like my old machine, Great product.

I had several questions I wanted answering before I purchased a machine, so I called your customer support group. I received - Excellent advice, professional knowledge, and I was not pushed it to buying something that I didn’t need, you know like those used car sales men that want you to by crew cab pickup when all you want to do is get good gas mileage and be able to haul a six pack of beer and a frozen pizza in, not the whole cow, and a 30 pack of cheep beer because you were pushed into something you did not want nor need.

I needed a belt also; I searched your web home page and was unable to find my belt,
So I called customer service back, I was told that my old vacuum was bought out by another company and this is the belt I needed. I was treated friendly and not like I couldn’t find my way around a web page. Customer support was very courteous, and helped my get the belt I needed.

Upon arrival of my new purchase, I was delivered on the day that I received my notification, package was intact shrink-wrapped, and in one piece.
Not like the packages in Ace Ventura pet detective.

So the question is will I purchase from your store again yes, will I tell friends and family members about your store yes.
My mother just had a knee replacement and as soon as she can walk, she is going to use my animal to decide for herself, the machine will sell its self.
And when she has me order her a new animal, I will reorder my new belt that I just ordered. I changed it, hit the power button and yep, It went up in smoke just like Cheech and Chong.

I have used it everywhere; stairs, carpet and tile and don't have a complaint.I received the vacuum in the time that was estimated. The only issue I have is that when I received it, the box was crushed on the bottom and a broken piece was in the box, I can't find where the piece has broken off of, I just hope that it isn't something that I will find important.
