"I ordered my Dyson DC28 animal on 10-20-10 and it was at my door on 10-22-10! It was packed in the original, unopened box. I am thrilled with this machine. I have 6 small dogs and use the vacuum every day. I swept my house with my $1,200 Kirby and then went over the same area with the Dyson. WOW...what a surprise the amount of hair and dirt the Dyson got out that the Kirby didn't. The Kirby is now heading for the landfill.
