"We are extremely disappointed with the service and product quality from BannerBuzz. We purchased an LED sign for our business, 4AM Lounge, in October 2024, and it stopped working within the first week of operation. Since then, we’ve been given nothing but the runaround. It’s now January 2025, and the sign is still not functional despite numerous troubleshooting attempts and replacements of the transformer or adapter.

"I placed an order for window decal and paid for priority shipping which means I was supposed to get "quick" turnaround. I uploaded the artwork and asked for the proof, supposedly a proof was going to be provided in a few hours. They provided me with the proof about 7 hours later but instead of my image they took out the color from my artwork and made it all white. I asked their design team to make the decal look exactly like the picture i uploaded for them. The next day, I was waiting for my proof, I gave them 8 hours, and nobody got back to me. I contacted customer service to find out what is going on with my proof. Customer service told me that their design team is overwhelmed and asked me if i could wait another 2 hours. I told them ok - 2 hours later - there was nothing from their design team. I contacted customer service and they gave me the same story - they short staffed and they are working on my proof. Make long story short - i was going back and forth with them for 2 more days. Now - 3 days later they finally provided me with the decal with correct colors, but the shape is all wrong. There was a reason why I paid extra for priority handling and processing - and what did they do - waste 3 days due to their incompetence, and to add insult to injury, they told me that I have to pay $20 more to get my order processed and shipped. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - STAY AWAY FROM THEM, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!"
"I use to use Bannerbuzz frequently. My last project which was almost $1000 was a rush order and they decided to print overseas. Being concerned that it will not deliver on time, I contacted them SEVERAL times in order to correct the situation and print stateside. In the end, my media did not arrive to meet the deadline, I had to spend even more money to reprint on my own, and their customer service is designed to appease with superficial platitudes instead of attaining results. They're proud of the quality, but on time arrival is far more critical. If you have months for your project, you're probably ok, but if you have less than that, don't be surprised if your order does not arrive by the deadline. When you request a refund, they will make excuses and blame the delivery company instead of owning the fact that they printed overseas on a rush job. Print jobs... great... on time delivery... logistically poor, very poor. To add insult to injury, weeks later, no follow up, no product, no refund. AVOID at all costs... print from within your own country. The "savings" is not worth the headache... trust me."

I specifically advised to use the same artwork from the order with order number and account information. And what I have received was the blurry quality and no refund or resend even I tried to be sensible with this issue. If the printing company can’t control their quality of product there is no way to use them as promotion items. I am very disappointed of the after care customer service. The money just wasted "

Their customer service via phone, email, submit inquiry, is non-existent. I finally got through on chat the next day and had to fight with them to make it right. BUT as soon as I told them I was able to recreate the incident and record it with video they immediately offered to make it right. THEY KNOW ABOUT THIS AND USE IT TO SCAM CUSTOMERS."
"I rarely write negative reviews, as I do not like to throw shade at other people who are trying their best. But what I experienced working with Bannerbuzz is not excusable and should serve as a warning for anyone who is depending on them for their services.
Last year, I placed an order for table displays that was delayed over 8 weeks with no notification by BannerBuzz. On multiple occasions via chat support and phone support, I was told that the proof had not been approved. On each of these occasions, I gave my approval, but didn't receive any production or shipping updates. After 8 weeks, I got fed up and asked for a refund. Instead, they gave me store credit. Sure, whatever.
Fast forward to today. The website will not let me use my store credit. I go back and forth with support. They tell me to refresh my browser 20 times, never thinking that calling me to sort this out could be a solution. When I call, they offer callback services. 20 minutes later, I'll get a call from Banner Buzz only to hear "no representatives are available at this time".
Come to find out, I cannot use my store credit unless my order total exceeds my credit balance. Ok fine, I guess I'll give Bannerbuzz more of my money to redeem the credit they gave me.
Once I made my purchase, I looked for artwork templates. I could not find artwork templates. What kind of printing service does not list artwork templates on their site?? Ok, so I request the graphics over chat. Only takes 60 minutes with Ankit, who is helpful, but so slow.
Once I got the graphic templates from Ankit, I finally had my artwork ready to submit. They provide a link to "DriveHQ", which does NOT work. There is an upload button. I click it and it says "Uploaded". When I refresh the page, my artwork is gone.
So then, I just go to their contact form and submit my artwork with my own Dropbox links. There is captcha on the form. Even though I pass the captcha check, the form will not submit due Captcha failure.
I have been doing business with Bannerbuzz for nearly 10 years. Until last year, their printing quality was sufficient and turnaround times were great. Something has changed, and their website is a total hassle to use. I would advise staying away indefinitely until things improve. I know I will."
"I knew this company shipped from India, so I gave myself plenty of run time and thought that would be sufficient. What I didn't anticipate was the poor project management and design errors. The website works fine. I created a design with no problems and submitted it with my order. When the proof came back, the color of the runner and the specifications of the design were significantly off. I tried over ten times by phone and their website and email to notify the design team of the error -- to no avail. It seems there really is no way to have a design error corrected. The artwork proofing is a lie. You input a design and send it along with a prayer that the team will actually give you what you ordered. In the end, because of the event deadline, I was forced to go with a design different from what I ordered and will just hope when/if it arrives I can figure out a way to make the best of things. Keeping my fingers crossed that the time spent trying to correct their error doesn't result in a missed deadline. Going forward, I will never use this company again. I will pay more and go with a different outfit. "
"Indian company pretends to operate locally in US without disclosing that your US order will be processed and shipped from India. I wouldn't have a problem with that if they (1) would have disclosed that fact and (2) charge an appropriate offshore rate for the services offered. Instead they charge US rates, but will ship from India which adds a significant delay. For the same price or less you can buy from an American company and have your order delivered much faster."
"I made the mistake of contacting this mess company for a quote. I got a response at about 2 AM my time written in broken English that didn't even answer my question, so I knew I was dealing with some scam company that was probably overseas. As a result, I never ordered anything from them. A month later some idiot employee named "Anwesh Biswas" starts emailing me literally every day with broken English sales emails that make zero sense. And there's no way to unsubscribe from them."

"I ordered a diecut piece online and then called a representative about it and he told me it was possible to cut. When I received it, it was black printed ink on a white piece of vinyl. It took a representative 3-4 days to get back to me about my order and I was told that it wasn't possible and they would not refund me. The quality of what they sent me was AWFUL! There's obviously a language barrier since all of their reps are in India. BEWARE of this company!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!"
