Great customer service

"My only complaint with this site is that the format to design the banners could be more user-friendly. My biggest compliment is when finishing an order, a rep helps by looking over the design to make sure its a good quality image. The quality of the banners themselves is very good and the turnaround time is prompt as well. it's important to get the banners ordered about two weeks before needed just to ensure they have time to review it, make it and ship it."

Great experience all around!

"From creating to ordering to the finished product, I could not be happier. Lots of designs and artwork to choose from. Received an email of the proof from Julia very quickly and once I approved the proof the production was started the next day. Ordered it on 9/9 and received it on 9/18. The pictures I sent to them came out great, not blurry at all (I was worried because they were old pictures taken on old phones). The quality of the banner is great, truly a great value. I will definitely order from banners.com again. "

"Expected my package to arrive any day and they inform me that they haven’t even started making it yet! The “fast turnaround” time is crap. Hire local instead….at least you’ll get your print in time with a local shop."
